    Me and my partner booked this hotel on a whim as it was the best location and cost effective for our budget. Now I don't usually complain about dirty floors/rugs/walls etc as I'm a believer in "you get what you pay for" but this place was on another level. Words of advice, take a non-smoking room so that you're in the non-sketchy area. I could smell smoke, weed and other sorts of smells that didn't seem like cigarettes if you know what I mean. The first night we saw some guys carrying an intoxicated girl into their room. She was dressed honestly like a prostitute. The room next to us had people knocking and coming and going all night. He was very popular and I can only guess why. Each night there was something knew that occurred past midnight. One morning my partner woke me up with several Bites on their skin. Possible bedbugs, but when I searched I didn't see any signs but who knows. We even tried to get into the pool but it was so freezing cold we passed and just got a little sun.The last night was my favorite. Around 1am the couple in the next room we're steaming and swearing profanities for over 1hr. I had to notify the front desk as I was catching a flight to Miami early in the morning. He did go after sometime and asked them to keep it down. Which they did for 10mins then right back at it again this time you could hear them pushing each other and moving furniture. Needless to say someone called the cops on them and by 3am they decided to call it a night. You usually know what a place you stay at is like and in the first 48 this place was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had and for me to say that is a lot.

    A bit run down and not the cleanest - loose toilet seat, clogged shower drain, dirty tile baseboard in the bathroom, almost non-existent internet, cigarette burn holes in the bed spread. Good location though, seemed safe, and the room was quiet and the bed not uncomfortable.

    Bathroom is moldy tile floor and shower curtain. Carpet is worn out. Dirty hallways. TV didn’t work. Toilet ran all night. Noisy traffic all night. The front desk person was efficient but that hardly makes up for this disaster. Hard to believe the corporation allows this in one of their facilities.

    Run Quickly, Don't Just Walk Away!

    The first room offered (Rm 212) was not even serviced by housekeeping at 4 pm when checking in and the second room offered (202) was filthy -- dirt in the corners, on the baseboards, behind beds and furniture! The bathroom shower was moldy and gross...any "repairs" done to drywall or doors was totally inadequate/poorly done! The carpet was very dirty and in dire need of a major cleaning. Had to call down to the night desk because loud music was blaring out of the room next door until the night manager visited and told them to turn down the volume (12:30 AM) then the night manager tried to knock on my door (which I did not answer) then called my room to let me know that the night would be "comp", which did not happen as the charge still appeared on the credit card statement. As a 36+ year member of the Wyndham group I am appalled and sincerely embarrassed that Corporate would allow the condition of this "hotel" to continue to operate as it currently is!!

    I'd give this zero stars if possible. Booked a room online. The front desk attempted to charge my card for more than the quoted price. Cancelled my reservation and gave my room away without notifying me when the charge wouldn't go through. She said that she couldn't match the same price that I booked the room for online, $30 price increase.
