    Our hotel was close to the universal studios and our room was clean however there was one personel which works at night and she has black hair with piercings but i forget her name (but it was catherine or something like that) and she has rude behaviours we are not from USA and our first language is not english so we are asking questions to gurantee some informations but that personel constantly rude to us and dont wiling to help us Henry Pons, Owner at Home2 Suites By Hilton Orlando Near Universal, responded to this review Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay with us.     The hotel’s location is excellent.The entire hotel was very well maintained and clean. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is simple, but sufficient. The whole staff was very attentive, but I would like to highlight the service provided by the receptionist Tereza, who truly showed care and attention to us at all times.     I didn’t have too many expectations regarding my stay, I wasn’t expecting issues or great service. I am delighted to say I was very pleasantly surprised!The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast (despite missing some healthier options such as fresh fruit) has real dishes and cutlery (they also had disposable plastic/paper for a to-go option) and housekeeping was great. Even on days Ieft my room later on the day, staff was accommodating and fully cleaned the room. Having a regular sized fridge and kitchen appliances were a lifesaver at times!I fully recommend this hotel.     DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - ITEMS STOLEN FROM ROOM! Dress and glasses stolen from daughter’s room when out for the day. Reception staff disinterested, not helpful, response was our staff have worked here for years! Unless you want items taken DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible end to a dream trip!     Nice hotel for a family vacation

    This was our second time staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Near Universal, and once again, it did not disappoint. The room was a great size, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed.The staff were lovely—friendly and attentive—and the free breakfast offered enough variety to start each day off right. I really valued the 24-hour tea and coffee station in the lobby, and the free parking and laundry facilities made our stay even more convenient.One of the biggest perks for me was being able to ship packages to the hotel without incurring any extra fees. It made things so much easier.Overall, another comfortable and hassle-free stay. We’ll definitely be back!
