Location

Ideally situated near Disney World, the hotel is just an elevator ride away from the airport terminal and within 15 minutes' of Sea World and Universal Studios.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1888. 446 rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. The daily newspaper is laid out for guests in the the rooms. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The pleasantly heated water of the outdoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including golf, jet skiing, a gym, aerobics, a spa and hydrotherapy treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

    Exceptional pottering service to flight baggage drop off

    Best airport hotel experience ever. Our porter came to our room, as scheduled at 4:45 am, loaded our luggage onto the trolley and lead us to our check in counter at the terminal. He then assisted to place the luggage tags on our bags and lift them onto the bag drop. We didn't have to lift a finger. For 2 women alone with heavy luggage at such an early hour, this was so appreciated Never before have we ever received such service in another airport hotel. Exceptional!     Beware parking charges

    Messed up billing on valet parking and next to impossible to fix it.     Too expensive for the terrible check-in

    Check-in was terrible. Not enough staff to accommodate an influx of late-night arrivals and “system was slow” assigning rooms. Joined loyalty to check in faster and app didn’t work. The location was what we needed for travel, but it was too expensive for the bad experience. Next time we will look for other accommodation.     Fantastic Hotel Room

    Stayed for only one night as travelling elsewhere but wished we could have stayed longer! Staff were attentive and professional. The room was incredible! Everything was spic and span. Housekeeping team is to be commended! The bed was very comfortable.We had a great view overlooking the planes and monorail. The room was perfect for a family or larger group.
