    Very good stay, free parking, good breakfast, room amenities and cleaning. Very helpful staff and a very good location as well. Everything was in order and I recommend the stay

    So close to Sea World but also close enough for a short and easy trip to Disney. Clean, quiet area. Hotel felt fresh and new.

    The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The pool was awesome it was very warm and comfortable to swim even in cold weather. The gym was clean. The breakfast and morning coffee was not the best out of all the hotels I’ve been to. The waffles were good however there was not variety like no bacon or pastries or muffins. The room was great however there was a weird smell near bathroom I couldn’t tell where it was coming from but kind of smelled like throw up. Also the rooms were very humid, not sure I think it’s just the type of cooling system they have that makes it like that.

    The sheets were filthy and disgusting with several long hairs on the bedding which should have been changed before I checked in. The towels and other bedding was a dingy white. The house keeping at this hotel is substandard

    amazing stay , first with staff from Vanessa at front desk who was a delight to deal with and always attentive , to the cleaning staff and morning breakfast crew , who always kept everything. spotless and coffee and food plentiful , the location is near everything , breakfast spots, shopping, amusement parks , and the rooms were nice which had plentiful air conditioning and refrigerator and microwave, rooms were also very clean , did not use pool area , but looked nice , book and know it’s a safe clean place for your family
