    Roaches in the bathroom at night. I got up to use the bathroom and discovered it was already being used for a roach party. They didn't invite me so I gave them a joyride down the drains. On my sink and personal items....just gross.

    Very clean and quiet hotel friendly staff. I only spent one night here but I will return the next time I am coming to the area. Worth the money.

    Hotel is great for a short, short stay. The hotel is clean can use some touch up with paint. The only complaint I have is the beds are too small it's big enough for one person literally. One Elevator only worked. Breakfast was good to get your day started. I did not use the pool, gym. Parking is not bad but if you come late parking is hard to find. Water pressure is low in the bathroom. If you are looking for luxury this hotel is not it. I decided to stay here due to it being close to UCF Arena for a graduation that was early in the morning. It provided what it needed to provide for a one-night stay.

    Where to start? First, don't book this place.The only 2 good things about it is the proximity to UCF and the courteous staff. After that it's all downhill. Review my pics for proof."Some" of the spaces appear to have been recently refurbished, but it looks haphazard as to what was updated and what wasn't. New carpet in the stairwells and chipping paint on the handrail. Furniture in the room had missing pieces of trim and the bathroom was disgusting. Dirty showerhead, blob of hair under the toilet, mildew abounds. Windows are all hazy.If you drink water or use it to brush your teeth, be sure to pick some bottled up at a local grocery store. Their water reeks of sulfur, typical for that area. The price of the water for sale at the front desk is outrageous, even for a hotel.The free breakfast was very disappointing. Reconstituted scrambled eggs tasted like they were made the day before, no fresh fruit, minimal selections.

    Staff was very friendly. The elevator started going up before the doors fully closed. The room we were given had a strong smell like seafood. We went to Target to buy two bottles of Febreeze to try to make the room smell better. When we came back, there were four police cars in the parking lot, police officers at the front door, and shady characters in the parking lot. The parking lot did not feel real safe.
