  Absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean as were the public areas. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and friendly as well. The food was excellent and plentiful. Will definitely stay again!

  Amazing Trip

  First time staying at the hotel and I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews. But I am confused on why those reviews were negative. My family and I had an amazing time. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice. We enjoyed the pool (too much) and I love how they had floats and squirt guns for the kids to play with. My 2 kids loved the playground(s)!10/10

  Overall a nice place to stay with kids

  The room was very nice and clean. The door was a little tricky to open, had to carefully open it or it would get stuck. The room had a large mini fridge that kept all of our food and drinks from our outings. There was an indoor gym. My children loved the kid centered area with a variety of activities like bounce house, Xbox, soccer field, volleyball net within a massive sand area, jungle gym. There were swinging chairs for parents to watch their kids play. There were nice areas to sit and eat outside. No complaints other than breakfast. What was offered were eggs, meatballs, tater tots, fruits, yogurt, cereal and Mickey Mouse pancakes with toppings. The tater tots were hard and cold. The pancakes were not worth making they had a sour taste. My son tried to eat cereal but there were no spoons left. The kids did not eat breakfast so we had to get breakfast somewhere else. To drink they had coffee, water and juices but not orange juice. Overall we had a great stay but if you do not have kids find another hotel with better breakfast options.

  A nice stay in the end

  I want to start off by saying that overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, there are a few things I would like to point out.1. I messaged the hotell a couple of times with questions before our trip. It took them over ten days to reply both times.2. Before arriving, I read some reviews, several stating that when they had arrived at the hotel, their booking was nowhere to be found. We arrived quite late at night, and there were several families sitting in the lobby or arriving, who were told that the hotel was fully booked and that their reservations were gone. Thankfully, ours was still there, perhaps because we were staying for almost a full week?3. We had booked an Elite room, but when we got our room, it was just a regular room, but we were not informed about this and we had to bring it up with the front desk. We ended up getting the resort fee back for two nights, but we had to go back three times to check.4. We decided upon this hotel mainly because it had a continental breakfast. Perhaps a continental breakfast in Europe is different than in the US, but it was not what we expected. Their were waffles and three hot choices every day, the hot choices were eggs, sausages in different shapes but with the exact samt flavor and vegetables or tasteless tater tots. Then there were toast (white bread) with peanut butter and jelly, plain yoghurt, milk and four types or sugary cereals, cantaloupe and either bananas or pineapple. No juice but flavored water. It was okay, but not great and not what we consider continental. Super crowded and REALLY loud music playing.5. When someone walked pass our front door our talking outside, it sounded as if they were standing inside our room.6. Cleaning service was every third day, but at check- in we were told that they empty the trash and make the beds every day. This was not true, it only happened once during our six night stay.However, the pool area was great with towels, sunbeds and gazebos, and a heated pool. The play area was huge and the kids who were there seemed to have a lot of fun. The room felt clean, and the staff was super friendly, especially Alejandro at breakfast: super friendly, great with the kids and didn’t miss a single detail that needed his attention.We used the hotel’s free shuttle to Universal, and that was awesome, just make sure to be on time!There was a game area that we didn’t check out, and a room where you could heat up food by microwaves.There was also a service desk were you could get information and discounted tickets to the parks.So, overall, we had a great stay, but make sure to call in advance to make sure your reservation is still valid, and as long as you don’t mind having a sugary breakfast over loud music you will probably have a great time!

  Outstanding experience for children

  What a great experience with my granddaughter! Perfect place geared toward your children! Rooms are very clean. Beds are comfortable motel is right in theheart of where you need to be. Would definitely come back.
