  I gave this hotel every opportunity to make things right before leaving this review, and unfortunately they completely failed to do so.During our stay, the master bedroom shower was clogged from the moment we arrived. I actually had to stop a random maintenance worker myself just to get someone to unclog the drain.Things only got worse from there. We later discovered that the bed sheets were covered in dried blood (photos attached), and on top of that, my girlfriend received numerous bites while sleeping in the bed. The fact that we were unknowingly sleeping in blood-stained sheets with our eight-month-old baby is absolutely unacceptable.I immediately contacted the hotel during our stay, sent emails, attached video evidence, and have called multiple times asking to speak with a manager. Every single time I’m told management is “not available,” and not one person has bothered to return my calls or follow up.The lack of cleanliness, accountability, and basic customer service here is shocking. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere unless you want to deal with unsanitary conditions and management that completely ignores its guests. The issue with the shower drain was not reported to management at the beginning of the stay, but once it was brought to our attention, maintenance addressed it as quickly as possible.Regarding the sheets, we were first informed of the concern on the last day of your stay, even though as per the pictures, it would be pretty noticeable after 5 days. As soon as we were notified, fresh replacement sheets were sent immediately to the unit. Had we been made aware earlier, we would have gladly taken additional steps during your stay to make things right.We truly regret any discomfort experienced and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both communication and guest experience moving forward.We hope to see you again soon.

  Gold weekend with 3 friends. Great location for all Orlando area gold course. Clean place with restroom for every room.   This property is not what we thought it would be. When researching this property online, some people describe it as a “resort”, and others refer to the property as “luxurious 3- and 4- bedroom townhomes with full concierge services in a gated resort community.” I wish it had been either of those. There is no vacation vibe associated with this place. It felt like we were staying in an apartment complex. Some units clearly had people permanently living there as a lot of units had Christmas decorations, lights hanging from the balcony and Ring cameras installed. Our unit had a run-down, outdated feel to it with ripped screens, dirty windows and a very blah-looking interior. The living room furniture was old and worn, and the TV channel selection was abysmal. We had plumbing issues: no hot water would come out of a couple of the sinks, toilets had very weak pressure to flush, and our freezer was leaking onto the kitchen floor. Although there is a gate to enter the property, there is no security here. The exit side is always open. One night on our way in, we saw two individuals get dropped off and just walk through the open exit side.A few positives: the kitchen appliances were newer and nice, the unit was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the people in the clubhouse/lobby were polite and helpful and maintenance responded in a timely manner to our plumbing problems. It is located close to Disney parks and easy to get to grocery stores.   Great resort close to Disney

  We had a 4 bedroom villa which easily accommodated 7 of us. The villa is spacious and well equipped and was exactly as the website's walkthrough. Our villa was at the front of the resort (7662) and despite being close to the road there was very little noise and no one had any issues being disturbed at night. Parking was not an issue even though we had two cars, there was a dedicated parking space out front and several unallocated places next to it.The location is excellent for the Disney parks with all of them easily within a 15=20 min drive (Universal is approx. 30-40 mins depending on the I4 roadworks).The kitchen was well equipped and used frequently for quick breakfasts. The laundry room was a god-send (great from returning from water parks and beach days). A small bottle of washing up liquid and a sachet for the washing machine are provided.Our only recommendations for the resort to consider are;Provide a mop for any spillages on the tiled floor (only a vacuum and broom were present)An additional tea towel would be handy (1 towel isn't sufficient).Also note there were no plugs for the sink in the kitchen and the laundry room. Other than those minor issues I would highly recommend this resort and would certainly return. The staff we encountered were friendly and willing to help with any questions or enquiries we had.
