Location

This hotel is situated at the southern end of International Drive, directly beside a lake. The many local sights and attractions are all within easy reach.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 510 non-smoking rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station, dishwasher and oven. Other amenities available include a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer is also provided. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, volleyball, crazy golf and golf. Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Delicious specialities await guests in 2 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes.     Excellent Resort - you won't be disappointed

    This place is amazing! Super large rooms, very friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful property with many pools and hot tubs, clean rooms, a lot of free and low cost activities. I was thoroughly impressed! And I highly recommend this property. It's big so you don't realize that there are a lot of people there at peak times.     Lovely Place to Stay

    We have stayed here many times before and always rated it 5 stars. The new preferred check in for owners gave us concierge to contact if we needed anything but she was no longer there when I tried to contact her. We requested a building near the gym and were given building 54 which is a good location for us The building is not renovated but it was clean an had a great view. Now for the reason it lost a star (I considered 3 1/2. But not possible). Marriott has eliminated some features that made I feel like home. There was always a blender in the unit but now only available on request. There were always placemats for dining but that was discontinued. There were 3 ottomans in the room . They have a top that is a revers le cushion on one side or a tray on the other. One of our ottomans had no top at all I was told that is how it is supposed to be. It was eventually corrected. The work out area has 2 peloton bikes. One was broken. We reported this problem and rather than repair or remove the bike they hung a sign on it. Overall we had a pleasant stay but as Marriott owners for more than20 years we a little let down Ryan N, Other at Marriott's Cypress Harbour Villas, responded to this review We appreciate your positive review and are pleased to know you had a pleasant experience.     Coming home....

    Once again, our visit here felt like coming home. Last year, we weren't able to be assigned the villa we had stayed in for past 12+, 3-4 week annual visits. This year, we were "back home" in our preferred location. As usual, check-in was welcoming and efficient. And as usual; our villa was clean, spacious, and a comfortable retreat for our weeks in Orlando. We enjoyed several offerings from the Pavillion Grill (pizza, salad, etc.), live entertainment (dualing pianos, etc.), and the fascinating reptile presentation. The staff continue to be friendly, accommodating and attentive. We're coming up on two decades of appreciating the joys of staying annually at this well-maintained, and nicely landscaped resort. We're already looking forward to "coming home" next year....Lord willin', and the creek don't rise.     Was nice. AllThe marriot time shares we have stayed at have been decent. The only thing is they don’t have a full restaurant. But we are a few times at the patio grill and we had good food for lunch and once for breakfast. The employees there at the food location were super nice both times.     We absolutely loved Cypress Harbour, having visited many resorts in the Orlando area, this was our favourite. We would not hesitate to return if we are in the area again. Marriott resorts are always very good quality and the staff are excellent, we could not fault the Resort, our accommodation, or the facilities.
