The family-friendly hotel is nestled in a beautiful and peaceful resort area just minutes from downtown Orlando. The hotel is adjacent to the downtown Disney area, 8 km from Universal and 5 km from SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. Orlando Preminum Outlets, dining and entertainment are just minutes away, as is Orlando International Airport.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 123 suites. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     BTW, this is now Montreal Suites. First day, 1st room smells moldy, so they transferred us on another room. The 2nd room was hard to open and need a force to open it. Tried to live with that. We are so tired on the 2nd night and around almost midnight, someone is trying to open our room, which scares us. Then when we called the reception, hotel staff double booked the room. We do not have enough sleep the following night, we did a separate check in and on that day, we missed our shuttle. No apologies from management and saying its a glitch on the system, that is their excuse which is BS, because according to another staff, it is impossible to have a glitch. When we get back to the hotel at night, cockroaches are crawling in the rooms and scared that it may enter into my luggage and bring it home. The following day, we cancelled our booking the following few more nights, this is a nightmare. We ended up transferring to another hotel besides them. I will never go back to this hotel, even after they renovate, management was never apologetic. I took a photo of one of more cockroaches in the room.

    We booked this hotel last minute, the price was reasonable so we were a little worried. After booking is when I saw all the horrible reviews and was like OH NO! We came prepared with extra sheets and Lysol BUT I have to say we had a pleasant stay. We had a renovated room, it was great besides the hot water taking a while to work in the shower. The pull out sofa bed was brand new, we had to cut the straps to open it lolThe beds were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was great, eggs, sausages, French toast sticks and waffles. The lobby is beautiful! A great deal as long as you get a newer room!

    I will never stay at this property again! The pullout bed was covered in mold and blood. We were provided no blankets for our beds and the pullout. Next we found mold on the walls and the final straw were the roaches. The manager changed our room and that lock was broken and it took us over a hour to get into the room. This room was better but still had issues. The cleaning people would only make one bed and never left towels. In the end they agreed to refund us 50%! It’s been weeks and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Well today we finally did and said they would only refund 50% of one day and proceeded to call us liars. I already put in a claim with my credit card company also am calling the dept of health and the bbb. Do not stay here!!     THE PHOTOS ARE ALL A LIE!The place is trashI checked in an seen that everything is broken and under construction.The room was old an outdated The tub was gross.I tried to get a refund a the manager did not approve it. I will leave a bad review on every platform because this is F up.DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY STAYING THERE !

    This hote is currently under construction for updates, so if the sight of boxes is going to ruin your life... wait until the remodel is done.For us, it was no problem! The remodel already completed looked beautiful and clean. We never had any problem with construction noise. We barely knew any work was going on at all.My husband and I stayed on floor one in a king bedroom suite, and our friend stayed one floor up in a queen suite. They honored our ground floor request for my husband's injured ankled, as well as the request for us to be a nearby the second room as possible. The concierge/front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. We appreciated the living space being truly separate from the sleep space, with a door to close to the bedroom. We also liked the full-size fridge, so we could put our whole case of water in on day one, and not have to worry about reloading it as we drank. The bed is a little firm for our personal taste, but it didn't hinder us from being able to sleep.The breakfast area looks remodeled already, modern and clean. Coffee, various juices, 4 cereal options, muffins, bagels, eggs, waffles, french toast sticks, toast, and everything you need to dress those things - milk, peanut butter, jelly, cream cheese, butter, and syrup. There was bacon one morning, and sausage the rest of the mornings.The location was convenient for us, as we were visiting both Universal and Disney parks. I'd say we were right smack in the middle of the two brands. It's on the quiet end of the street, and super easy to get to the parks, shopping, and restaurants. We used the side entrance, which was accessible with our room key after-hours, and happened to be steps away from our door.All-in-all, it was a comfortable, safe, clean place to lay our heads down at night after a long day at the parks, and we would definitely stay again.
