  TERRIBLE ,TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, Hotel staff and management very unprofessional, all needs to be fired very bad for business. Hotel has dirty smelling carpet on every floor very very bad ,towel are old and hard, the rooms have roaches was in a room and saw atleast 8 roaches in the hour i went to the front desk to complain the lady told me its Florida everyones has roaches and if she changes my room and that ones is in bad condition she cant change it again terrible customer service,walls are very thin can hear every in the rooms from the hall ways and inside the rooms i dont know how these places are allowed to stay open when they are in this condition and the pillows are very dirty like they've had them for years they think putting a washed pillow case on a dirty pillows is clean.....this a a place for tge locals who are homeless,selling drugs or prostitutes ....Do not stay here the area has way better choices for the same prices ...will never stay here again worst motel yet..

  Perfect choice if you like sleeping with cockroaches in a room that hasn't been cleaned and in an indescribable stench. The towels were covered in hair, the floor and bathroom were dirty, the sink did not drain. The pool was closed of course. Do NOT trust the pictures, looks nothing like the actual place. We were supposed to stay for two nights but ended up having to book another place. They did not refund the first night despite us not sleeping there. Go to the Cambria next door, you will pay the same but sleep in a clean bed!!!

  DO NOT GO HEREMy mom was driving the family to Florida from Tennessee and staying here because it was a very quick walk to Universal Studios...The first hallway REAKS of smoke, dogs and just FUNK, the second floor isn't that much better either btw. The workers were not much help either, we even had to switch rooms because the girl Natalie (I think) didn't know where the breaker was!! Our second room didn't even have a remote, we went down to the office to get about 10 different remotes that didn't work! She said that maintenance was going to fix it in the morning... that never happened. There were also weird people walking around the hotel... One guy even had bandages on his nose... don't know why though. When we were leaving, we even heard some guy yelling "DEAD D-E-A-D, F-ING DEAD" It was scary. There were roaches everywhere, the power cut off THREE TIMES at almost 12:00 in the morning! The pool was going to be fixed by maintenance... That never happened either. The elevator apparently got stuck one of the times we were at Universal Studios, I wouldn't try it if you go, it was pretty wobbly when I got in it. My clothes also smelled like smoke and funk after getting back to Tennessee. Overall, the whole place was HORRIBLE, WORST HOTEL EVER! DO NOT GO NEAR IT.

  1 out of 5 stars. This property is horrifying. I took and posted lots of pictures. Don't be misled by the pics this hotel is using to market itself - they are from when it was first built and was new. It's rare for me to write such a scathing review but this property was filthy and was falling apart everywhere. I walked the exterior perimeter of the building and ground's and it is just as bad. I was only here for 2 days otherwise I would have transferred to another property. On my first night the fire alarm went off at 1:45AM and the entire building had to be emptied out. There are some sketchy people staying here. No amenities, no maid service, no clean towels, just a bed and a little desk. Nothing else. See pics for further explanations. This property has serious problems.   Good customer service, nice views, great place near main Parks and lovely rooms. By the way, Allen was a kind and really helpful person.
