    I arrived at night to check in and was told by a rude receptionist that my booking no longer existed as the hotel had changed name. He left me outside distressed while I frantically searched for somewhere to stay at night in. Foreign country. The hotel was nothing like pictured in fact it was a dump under renovation - no pool- rooms with cellophanePlastic covering doors and windows and bathrooms falling apart. Back to the receptionist - I had to go on a 24-7 chat which took an hour to sort. Otherwise he said I owed another500 pound - after going out the next day I cameBack to the room door being wide open - I asked reception to check cctv they didn’t! DO NOT STAY HERE.

    Yes, it sux....60 bux... changing brands, abs in the off season.. not a good place... but since we were here in off season it was probably much quieter than normal. No shuttle ... no free breakfast.... 100 c.c. swipe.. on the up, mini golf with alligator feeding right outside front and a Dennys

    We needed a room in Orlando to board a cruise ship the next day. This was a $70 taxi ride from the airport. I could have sworn it said there was a shuttle. I called for pickup and they said we don’t have shuttles. When we arrived there was a sign that said no shuttles running so they obviously DID have them. No elevators and place was sold out (?) so we had to trudge up the stairs with our 2 big suitcases. Luckily it’s only a 2 story building. Went in to a less than stellar room. Figured we’d have a drink so grabbed the bucket for ice. Machine was broken! There are two-both out of service. Couldn’t get in the room (turns out you must pull the handle up instead of down. The desk guy had to show me. He told me the building was being sold so no repairs are being made.

    Will not returning. All extra fees, bed hard, toilet seat broken,crack in door and there is no lobby,just a windows. I didn't see a pool.
