    TOPVILLAS RUINED OUR VACTIONFamily of 4 - (kids ages, 4&5)Having issues arise is bad enough when you are on a family vacation that is meant to be relaxing. However, having to be on the phone with Top Villas day and night was an absolute nightmare! Promises everyday that the issues would be resolved, just for another day to come and go with no resolution. Meaning, having to call again the following day, and so on and so forth. Like a bad version of Groundhog Day.COST for 12 Nights $12,054.40 cadReunion Resort rental for 8 nights : $8,025.72 (CAD)Windsor Island Resort for 4 Nights: $4,028.68 (CAD)8 Nights at one Villa and the remaining 4 nights in another Villa - 2 different Top Villa Resort locations.Issues? Filthy bedding, on multiple beds at Reunion Resort.Called EVERY SINGLE DAY MORNING, NOON AND NIGHT to have addressed. They FINALLY changed the dirty bedding 1 day before our departure. Disgusting.First locationTap water stunk like sewer really badly.Drainage issues in showers and sinksDirty and slimy walk in shower (likely due to drainage issue).Nails sticking out of carpet, threshold between masterBD and Ensuite, poked holes in my foot a few times causing bleeding. (ISSUE NEVER RESOLVED UPON REQUEST)Patio Doors were hanging on by a thread (most of the screws were pulled out and missing)Dirty Pools in both locations.No heat in Pool at 2nd location, called every day but they did not turn on until our last day there. My 2 small children (4 & 5) were very upset that the water was too cold to swim in most of our stay.We did get a pool heat refund however, I would have preferred the pool heat was ACTUALLY turned on before our last day there.Repeated communication for my friend to be allowed on site (It was only myself and my husband and our 2 small boys - at a house that sleeps 16). They "added my friend to our list to be allowed in (she and her daughter were coming for a day visit as they were staying at another resort). Another nightmare. Would not let her in. Had to call and email and get it sorted, while they waited at the front gate for almost 2 hours.Last day, I told her to drop over and pick up our food and supplies that we still had left as we were leaving in the morning, yet again, security would not let her in. NOt even for 5 minutes. My husband had to unpack our SUV, pack it with the supplies, and drive to the gate to load it into her car. REDICULOUS. I understand that sometimes issues may arise while on vacation. But how the property management handles issues is everything. It can turn your vacation into a nightmare. No one wants to spend every day sending emails and calling morning, noon and night to try and get issues addressed.TOP VILLAS is an absolute terrible property management company to deal with. What a waste of $12,000 FOR a 12 Night stay for our family of 4.They did reach out after I left a review on Trip Advisor. which I later deleted in an effort to give them the opportunity to make things right....which they DID NOT,with a laughable offer. If we booked w them again they would offer us a "managers discount" I asked what that was and they eventually wrote back saying, up to 10-15% off another stay (depending on when and where we stay).What a joke.Save yourself the stress and the nightmare of renting from a property management company who could care less about issues, filth or making their customers happy.

    Review of a stay at Reunion 437 Top Villa Home at 1249 Radiant Street. Thanksgiving 2024.This review is to help new renters understand that not all reviews provided for the top villas properties are honestly accurate.The home: although being a good size home, the pictures on the website are deceiving, showing a much larger home. Pictures also don’t show the distress on several parts of the house such as countertops, walls.Toiletries and essentials: none is provided, such as soaps in every bathroom. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no xtra garbage bags.Kitchen: Lack of pots and pans, utensils and incredibly no can opener. Only one xtra garbage bag and no dishwasher soap or hand soap, and no laundry detergent. We had to buy everything for this house, while all this was as always provided in every house we’ve rented through VRBO or Ab&b for the past 10 years.Playroom: 3 games were not working until the end of our stay.AC and ice maker: it took 3 days for the company top villa to send someone to fix it, while outside temperatures on average 75-78F.WiFi-Internet: it took 2 days after our arrival, to get someone from Top Villas, to give us the correct provider with correct password. The pdf provided by the company lists all wrong.This was the first and last time we’re renting a home from TheTopVillas company. Thanksgiving is a very special holiday for us, since some of our family members come from different countries to be together in the United States.What’s really disappointing,is that I requested, many months in advance, to make sure EVERYTHING was working and in order for our stay. I have all the emails from the very beginning of my contact with Top Villas to prove that. My suggestion is to let the Manning brothers know what’s going on with the management company they hired to overlook their properties, so this won’t happen to the next renters.Sincerely,Columbus, Ohio.

    Worst experience ever

    Horrible experience, walked in day one to a broken shower with exposed pipes and tiles in the master bathroom, after calling on the way there to have heat for the pool and jacuzzi almost 200 dollars we arrive to a empty pool. Little to know help fixing issues a three days later checking out never fixed bathroom and pool jacuzzi still unusable. Very sad as this was a family trip ending result a cheap discount and was told we could leave.

    We paid $3200 for a week at the RVH_374R Golden Villa vacation home. There was an extra charge for "heat" for the hot tub & pool..... $300. I paid the $300, because who would want to sit in a cold hot tub right? The hot tub was ice cold our entire stay despite calling their office everyday, sometimes twice a day. The problem was never fixed, however after dodging us until our check out they informed me via email that they would only be refunding me $100 of the $300. Why? They say there is no evidence it wasn't working...... what???! We tried to use the hot tub EVERYDAY and was cold everyday. Now we're being called liars? Yes that was our plan all along, to spend everyday of our family vacation on the phone trying to get the hot tub to work... wow they really blew the lid off of our "scheme" How that is even legal much less how horrible of customer service that is is beyond me. Aside from that we arrived and the former people's trash was still all over the house.... there were empty shampoo bottles in the shower, there was so much debris in the pool we spent the first hour cleaning it our ourselves... we left that house cleaner than when we arrived. A company willing to sacrifice a good customer for $200 for a service they paid for and was never delivered is unconscionable and they should be ashamed. I wonder if the Sale guy "James" (haha yes they would only give their first name, now i know why)... if he had taken his family on vacation and this had happened would he expect a refund?! You bet he would! Im counting on Karma for big James behind the keyboard. BEWARE, they are a rip off!

    HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!

    I rented an apartment at the villas and it was horrible. When we go to the apartment on a Friday night at 7:30, the entry way was full of water. The ceiling in the entry way was failing down and dripping water. It was also full of mold. I called maintenance and they could not send someone until the next morning. It is a bad bad bad management company. I requested a relocation but it was not granted. Management and maintenance are horrible. They put my family in a dangerous and hazardous place, management did not care. We left the villas and found other accommodation. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES THEY POST, IT IS NOT WHAT YOUR ARE GOING TO FIND.
