    The hotel carpet and an upholstery on the chairs were so filthy that they had a layer of scum on them. There were cars that wentby in the parking lot play the music so loud that the windows rattle. The breakfast was subpar. The only thing it has going for is it’s close to Silver Spurs Arena.     I had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn Heritage Park! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—exactly what I needed after a long day. The breakfast was a great touch, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and inviting.     The Hotel was not what I expected. The a/c in the room was broken and it had to be replaced in the middle of the night. Also the swimming pool in the hotel was dirty and therefore unsafe. Also there is no elevator in the hotel so if your room is in the 2nd floor you have to carry all your heavy luggage thru the stairs. Breakfast was also very limited.     Check in was super fast and easy. We had a cow show for the weekend and this is the closest hotel to the silver spurs arena. Theres no elevator for only 2 floors so be prepared to drag your suitcase. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There wasn’t a-lot of ruckus after hours and the parking lot had many good bright lights so you could safely see to exit your car after dark.     Looks can be deceiving

    At first we were hesitant by the fact it was kinda in the back of other businesses and the outside looked a little dated. But to our surprise the inside was much better. Staff was nice, place was clean. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausages ( waffles if you wish) and danish. For a one night stay and the price, not bad.
