  Shower is low pressure, not hot, and drips constantly onto the metal plate on the shower floor. It becomes maddening halfway through the night. We told the front desk and they said they were waiting on a part. So we piled towels under it to quiet the noise. Found a dead worm on the carpet when we checked in.   Exceptional Service & Comfort!

  From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The warm welcome at check-in set the tone. The staff went above and beyond, recognizing my Marriott status and providing an upgraded room, as well as a nice treat bag.The room? Clean and spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. All the staff were quite hospitable and looked you in the eye to say hello every time they passed by.I did not use the gym or the pool, but I would recommend that you don't miss breakfast. There is a full range of restaurants very close by, I found the location to be perfect for my needs.Kim is a superstar, but I think she knows that. The rest of the staff is equally impressive.   Stayed 1 night on May 15. Great reception desk and buffet staff service! Samantha and Mr Lai were friendly and appreciative of us choosing to stay at this hotel as Bonvoy members. The staff at the morning buffet (great selection of food, including fresh fruits and 2 fresh fruit salads) did an excellent job greeting all guests, offering smoothies and removing used plates from the tables. Very spacious and clean suite and very reasonable price. Would definitely return here. 10/10 on everything! Although, free parking would make it a 11/10 experience.   Old building, very courteous staff.

  Physical plant isn't the best -- one slow elevator, dated decor -- but the staff is very courteous and accommodating. Pool is pleasant enough. Breakfast is included, but it's powdered eggs and that sort of stuff -- nothing made to order. Rooms have kitchens with stoves, fridges, and microwaves, so buy some eggs and make your own breakfast. Rooms are cleaned every other day. Location is fine if you're attending a conference at the Convention Center -- it's close enough (less than a mile) that you can walk there if you have to. More reasonably priced than most hotels in the area.   DO NOT STAY AT THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL

  This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. Only a poor breakfast as an amenity. No bar, no happy hour and ridiculous rates for this place. Beds were terrible, pillows worse, air conditioning so loud that it wakes you. One day had to take a cold shower, no hot water. Discussed rates with Damon at the front desk when i checked in and he claimed that he never did. Also heard that they had engineers there discussing structural issues with the hotel.
