  Quiet, clean, peaceful for a family stay

  The room and premises were immaculately clean. The hotel is not luxurious, but it is well-kept and well-staffed. The person working the front desk was professional, friendly, and very helpful. Prices are extremely reasonable. The pool was a good size and again very well maintained. We saw staff maintaining the pool one morning during our stay. We also saw someone (presumably the owner?) on-site, ensuring customers were satisfied. The hotel was quiet throughout our entire stay. The front parking entrance (just off the road) doesn't look great - there's some construction - but we forgot about that once we were settled in.   Great budget stay

  Great overnight stay. I stopped here on my way to a cruise and stayed overnight march 2026. No complaints. Easy location to find. Absolutely loads of free parking so this was never an issue and very ideal after a long day at the parks. No noise issues, even though we were close to the road. Location ideal for easy access to nearby attractions. Hotel is 5 mins from Medieval Times. There's a $20 helicopter tour nearby as well. Hotel is adjacent to a dinner and show Polynesian restaurant too. Sams club is nearby. Several gas stations nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Good water pressure.The pool was open. There's washing and drying machines located outside on the bottom level.Vending and ice machines are there too.Otherwise, highly recommend as a clean, safe budget option for those staying in Kissimmee.I would recommend.   A wonderful 6-night stay.

  We traveled from February 24 to March 2, 2026, at the Seasons Florida Resort and it was a wonderful discovery.We are from Quebec and were 2 adults and 2 children. We arrived late in the evening; the reception was still open, but we had been given a code in case it was closed so we could pick up our room key.The room was very clean — nothing to complain about :) I was even able to message the owner before my stay to ask questions, and he was an incredible help.The pool was very clean as well. The location is perfect because it is set back from the street, so it’s quiet. I highly recommend it — it’s the perfect place when traveling with children. They even changed our bed sheets during our stay.I would definitely go back without hesitation.   Do not stay here!

  The hotel is located behind a closed restaurant. Expedia put it at .05 miles from our destination however it was about 13 milesUpon arrival we went to our room, had lunch and came back and showered. At that point I turned down the bed to find what I believed t be bugs. We tried to contact the front desk and got no answer. We packed up our stuff and went down to the office ti discuss our issue. The girl at the front desk looked at the pics I took and said. “Those aren’t bugs”. Regardless of what they were the bed was dirty. They offered another room which I refused since I figure if one beds dirty they probably all are. We checked out and leftWhen we reached out to Expedia to request a refund we were told that the hotel said no refund because we used the shower and bed. We did use the shower but definitely didn’t use that bed!So we are out the money for the hotel but at least we were able to go to another hotel and sleep with the peace of knowing the bed was clean Peter Sharma, Owner at Seasons Florida Resort, responded to this review Thank you for choosing Seasons Florida Resort , We’re truly sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness is very important to us, and each room is thoroughly cleaned and then inspected by a supervisor after the housekeeper finishes. Our supervisor inspected the room with no issues found. Unfortunately, we do not control the distance information or cancellation policies listed through Expedia, as they are handled by the third-party booking site.   Cockroach infestation

  It is a disgusting cheap motel. There were several cockroaches in our room even though it was on the second floor and far from the waste bin. The receptionist asked us if we would like to change rooms. She didn't seem surprised by our complaint. Don't stay in that pigsty.
