    Excellent services! The best team crew of cleaning and housekeeping. The best crew on the breakfasts associates! The best hotel in Orlando make me feel like a Family. Thanks to Maria Vanessa, Gelen, Lydia, las Maria’s, Tere, Catherine! Make me feel very comfortable. I recommended the Fairfield 10815 by Marriot to everyone in the World!

    Expect a long wait and no housekeeping

    We requested an early check in and it took them 2 hours to get a room ready. They never notified us that they couldn’t accommodate the early check in, never acknowledged Titanium status and were very dismissive of our teen boys. Waited 2 hours in the lobby, then they didn’t have housekeeping come the 2nd day. Not impressed. Probably the worst stay we have had… Mgmt never reached out:(

    Close to SeaWorld, But the Rooms Need Serious Attention

    I stayed at SpringHill Suites Orlando at SeaWorld.The hotel opened around 2009. While the lobby has received some upgrades, the rooms require major updates. The showers and plumbing, in particular, need attention — there’s an odor coming up from the drains, which is clearly a maintenance issue. If you're expecting a 4.5-star Marriott experience, this isn’t it. I’d rate the property closer to 2 out of 5 stars.The staff is attentive. When I reported issues, a repair technician arrived right away, and I was quickly moved to another king room, though I still experienced the same problems. Hospitality earns about 4 out of 5 stars. The on-site Starbucks and small 24-hour gym, with 2–3 treadmills, free weights, and two benches, are convenient.Heads-up: if you prepaid for a five-day stay and leave early, remaining nights are not refundable. That policy was frustrating, especially after dealing with room issues.Bottom line: The location near SeaWorld and the parks is excellent. The staff is decent. It’s okay for a budget stay, but the rooms need serious updates, and heavy traffic has clearly taken a toll on these rooms.

    I stayed at SpringHill Suites Orlando at SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida, and wanted to give a straightforward review for travelers considering this property.The Good: •Excellent location near SeaWorld Orlando and other nearby attractions •Staff hospitality was solid — about 4 out of 5 stars •Quick response when issues were reported; a repair engineer came up right away •On-site Starbucks available in the morning •Small 24-hour gym with 2–3 treadmills, free weights, and two workout benchesThe Reality: •The hotel was built around 2009 and it shows •The lobby appears to have had some upgrades, but the guest rooms need major renovation •The bathroom and shower plumbing need attention — there was an odor coming from the shower drains, which suggests maintenance issues with the pipes •After being moved to another king room, I experienced similar issuesOne important thing to know: if you prepay for your stay and decide to leave early, the remaining nights are not refundable. That policy was frustrating, especially after dealing with room concerns.Overall:This hotel has clearly seen a lot of guest traffic over the years because the location is great.     Disney world visit

    Went with husband during our recent Disney world trip. Good hotel overall. Reasonably priced and reasonably close to the Disney theme parks. The shuttles are not great and it seems like a hassle to take them so we didn't. The room was clean, modern as was the rest of the hotel. the breakfast was free and reasonable - mix of cold and hot items. The staff at the front desk was frustrating - she said the reservation was not paid and asked for a credit card which was fine. then the amount of money wouldn't even show up on the charge reader and told me to just trust her it would be the right amount. not ok. Otherwise I'd recommend.
