400 rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock.     Rude drivers no way to return on shuttle

    May 5 2026 09:00You cannot ride shuttle back. Driver was rude . I couldn’t hear what he said and realized after I got off shuttle I was in the wrong park. He made such a rude response to someone who asked a question I was afraid to ask. Fortunately the Disney crew was helpful. As a solo female I was quite intimidated.i was reassured that it was a “firefighter “ company who claimed to care about customers. This was a sham. there was no way to reserve a ride back.     I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.• Exceptional Service: I want to give a special shout-out to Chris at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. His great attitude really made a difference in our stay!• Spacious Accommodations: The rooms were super large and very comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped, which is exactly what we needed.• Overall Comfort: The entire hotel felt cozy and well-maintained.     Dirty! Worst SpringHill Marriott Has.

    Dirty! The floors were gross, walls had water damage, windows covered in mold and hard water to a point where you can’t see out of them. Couch in room was full of old food. Cushions stained. Beds were tiny and had been used so much they were sunken in the middle. Staff tried to help but all the rooms are the same. Breakfast was a zoo, again not clean.     Okay hotel. My only gripe would be that there is only 1 working elevator, which makes the queue at busy times a real problem. Housekeeping did not clean the room until 5:30 some days meaning when we came back to get ready for the evening the room was not serviced.     We stayed at this hotel 2 nights to go to Disney for a day prior to a cruise. When I booked this hotel it was done with the goal to have a shuttle to Disney so we didn’t have to drive. It was not clear how to book the shuttle in advance so I assumed you do it upon check in. When we checked in there were not realistic shuttle times available, think 9:00pm pick up when fireworks started at 9:00. We ended up having to drive. They also charge 25.00 for parking which is a crazy amount for someone already staying at the hotel. They were incredibly rude and around check out time came to our room and knocked 3 times prior to 11:00am to see if we were checked out which caused us to be 10 minutes late checking out as I had to drop what I was doing every time they knocked. On top of that the bed had a huge intent in it and you could clearly tell someone had smoked in the room at some point. Extremely unpleasant stay.
