Location

This Kissimmee hotel is just minutes from Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, less than about two miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World amusement park. It is also just minutes from popular Orlando attractions like Universal Studios Florida theme park and SeaWorld Orlando marine adventure park. Additional attractions in the area include the Islands of Adventure theme park, Disney's Blizzard Beach water park and Disney's Animal Kingdom amusement park. The hotel offers free transportation to all Walt Disney World theme parks, Universal Studios Florida and SeaWorld Orlando. Disney multi-day passes and other theme park tickets are available at the hotel's ticket desk. Several shops, a grocery store, a pharmacy and the Old Town entertainment complex are within walking distance. There is also a variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges within walking distance of the hotel. Guests are offered many full-service amenities and features, such as a complimentary continental breakfast buffet, free high-speed wireless Internet access in all suites, as well as free local calls and coffee. It is pet-friendly hotel (additional fees may apply). Guests are sure to love lounging around the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The daily poolside manager's reception, includes free beer, wine and soft drinks. There is a games room and a playground on the property for added guest enjoyment. Facility

The hotel has 224 suites, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby.     The hotel itself is very run down and dingy. With no maintenance what so ever. It’s only getting worse over the years but, We tried to look passed that and attempted to go to the pool, We were then approached by someone hounding us to sign up for a time-share. Not at all what I’m trying to do while I’m relaxing. We then went to eat breakfast- which was mediocre at best. Most food was rubbery and inedible. We had been there for approximately 10 hours total. And not once was anyone of our party of 8- able to shower. The water was lukewarm at some points and absolutely freezing the rest of the time. We notified the front desk about 5 times in a 10 hour period of time. You’d think someone would atleast come check it out? No, not until we had went to the front desk just simply stating the water was not getting warm enough for any of our 8 people- to shower. They then started getting rude, ignoring us directly infront of their faces, they then after about 20 minutes of waiting in the lobby, then said again they’ll try to fix it soon. So we offered to continue to wait in the lobby until we had a time frame or else we would like to change hotels. (We checked several rooms and they all smelled of smoke or mold, no hot or even WARM water any where) They then sent someone upstairs to fix the issue after now 12 hours of asking for someone to possibly just check it out. The way the staff behaved in that moment was so unprofessional and unappreciated. We had traveled 8 hours to get there and simply wanted to shower. Instead we had to change hotels. So disappointed because the very first time we had went to this hotel back in 2024- it was a great stay. Much different experience this time.

    The location of this place is fine, the breakfast is a great help and the people running the breakfast area are very kind. The pool area is also great. But DO NOT stay here! Rooms are seriously outdated and the furniture is extremely dirty and falling apart. The carpets are disgusting. Felt dirty the second I walked in the room . Hot water is barely even warm, windows are dirty. Room is just dark and gloomy overall. I found one or two nice ppl working at the front desk. The rest were miserable . If this was my only choice of places to stay, I'd rather just not go on vacation at all!!Management sucks
