    From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations, management promptly addressed any concerns we had, Check-in was smooth and great value for the price paid, perfectly situated, the room were spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities.

    I came from Georgia to visit family here in FL and i stayed in this hotel and it was amazing. Rooms were nice and clean and one of the ladies that work there was very nice to me and made sure my stay there was very pleasant. I asked for her name and her name is Maria. Very wonderful Lady and would definitely recommend

    NASTY MANAGEMENT, NASTY BUILDINGS, DO NOT BOOK HERE! Bed bugs, Scam AlertNot Safe (Red roof inn ) trashy place with new paint.Trip Advisor, had me change my review because I had named dropped the Nasty Manager that came out and tried to bully me around. Worst experience of my life . Carlos Yeguez, General Manager at OYO Townhouse Orlando West, responded to this review Greetings.This is your third untruthful review (the first 2 have already been taken down). Regardless, please keep in mind that you have never stayed at this property. You walked into our lobby trying to check in and had a very discriminatory attitude and aggressive behavior (we do not allow this, us being a private business). For the third time, we have a 24/7 camera that record everything live. We are in business to provide a hospitality service, but not tolerate your behavior nor to put myself or employees at risk. Please, do not ever return to this location, since you are not welcome. Regards,

    This isn't a hotel. It's a trap house. Don't do this to yourself. Seriously. I booked for 2 nights but only stayed for one. I don't care about the waste of money at this point. I'd rather sleep in my car next time.

    Their advertisement says "Housekeeping" yeah not true. I had a family member who had an altercation (non-physical) with a front desk clerk since I was not there I can only base information on here say by both parties. When I arrived later in the afternoon I went to try and resolve it. The front desk person "Felix" was like a bobble head. I explained I knew about the situation and wanted to talk to the manager. " Manager not here". I asked when the manager would be available? "Don't know he isn't here" Will he be here in the morning? "I don't know Managers schedule" ok I'd like to cancel my prepaid reservation . "It's already been cancelled" Great can I have a print out of the credit to show my Credit Card company? "We don't print out from computer". Seriously, so if I go to check out you can't give me a receipt? I left, an hour later I get a nasty text from the manager, the one not there threatening me if I come by their hotel. That text will be saved and shared. This whole thing was because they wouldn't clean a room. When I did ask that initially they told me that this is Covid related. I feel it was a good way to cheap out on paying for housekeeping. We went right across the street to the Fairfield Inn Suites by Marriott.. Nicer hotel, breakfast (nice buffet) included. Housekeeping everyday. Avoid this dirty place and book where it is clean. One last thing. We were down there for a funeral. When I initially booked the room the pressure sale to pay in full up front. Don't trust them.
