    Nice hotel, lacks a few things

    Hotel is nicely decorated and had a comfortable room with a huge bathroom. A/C didn't seem to be cooling the room very well and called the front desk to express concern and a service call was made to have someone come take a look. Nobody came by the room to check the thermostat or a/c. Glad I was only staying for one night.The next morning, I was looking forward to grabbing a cup of coffee on my way out and there were zero coffee services or, breakfast offerings available. Not only that, the lounge area had not been cleaned up the night before and had several tables littered with dirty glassware. Next time I'm in the area I will select the Marriott property across the way as this property missed the mark in my opinion. In regard to coffee and breakfast service, while we do not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, our restaurant, Shula’s Grill, is open daily beginning at 6:30 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM on weekends. They proudly serve coffee along with both a breakfast buffet and à la carte menu options. I’m sorry this was not clearly communicated during your stay.We understand how disappointing it is when expectations are not met, particularly when you are choosing between multiple hotels in the area.     Everything was wonderful other than the distance from the elevator to my room.     Nice hotel, but the white tea scented products have been diluted to nothingness.

    Westin used to be my go-to hotel chain. This hotel is nice and clean, but one of the primary reason I would search out a Westin was their white tea soap products. However, the scent of their product has diminished over the years, especially since they switched from a leaf design bar to a round bar. The scent is now barely noticeable. I no longer need to search out this brand anymore as they are comparable to other brands such as Hilton, Hyatt or IHG. Hope management will switch back to the old version of the scent.     Super comfy bed and clean room at a surprisingly affordable price. There was no breakfast and we had to ask to use our free coffee coupon outside breakfast hours, which they accommodated. The gym was clean and they granted us a late check out. Plus, free parking, which, in Orlando, is unheard of. Would definitely stay here again.
