    One Night for a Concert at Kia Center

    Spent one night at this hotel with my husband because we wanted to be within walking distance of the Kia Center for a concert. (We did walk back to the hotel afterwards and felt safe in the area).Room was clean. Used the microwave and it worked. Room and bathroom felt spacious. Air conditioning worked great. Went down to the pool for a little bit and that was a nice area as well. Staff at the front desk very nice and helpful. Check-in was early with no issue. Even had our parking ($20 a day) comped when they found out we had to leave at 3:30am the next morning to catch a flight for a wedding. Appreciated that very much. I'd stay here again. Liked that they had everything all decorated for the Fourth of July too. It looked nice.

    I can honestly say this has been the worst stay I have stayed since My 21st birthday,im 32 now. The room smelt like fresh paint and made us nauseous. When we asked for another room they said they didn't have another room even though they clearly weren't full. The pool closes an hour earlier than most places. The TV didn't work at all. I could barely understand the staff.

    Was stuck in Orlando due to flight cancellations so booked here as rates were reasonable compared to the properties close to the airport. Wonderful stay! Clean, cozy rooms, decent breakfast, and the friendliest staff!

    We’re longtime Marriott Bonvoy members and this was our first stay in a Townplace property. We loved the concept! As a family of four, the queen/queen room was spacious, with a full kitchen and a table w/four chairs, enabling us to have dinner in one night. Great pool, wonderful (free) breakfast and a doable walk to downtown and Lake Eola. Also, the staff here was just exceptionally lovely. There is a sense of warmth that they brought to guests, each other, and to the hotel experience that I haven’t witnessed at most other places we’ve stayed. Kudos!
