    Fraud Alert.

    We stayed at this hotel for one night. My husbands credit card got attached to a 'new' room under an entirely different name the day we checked out and they billed us for more than $1300. When we called they did not reverse the charge or apologize for being incompetent or misusing our credit card. This is entirely the hotel and it's employees fault. I suspect it's complete fraud that an employee has to be in on. How do you just attach another person in another room to our card?Please protect yourself and stay somewhere else. While mistakes can happen anywhere most places are prompt to fix it when they realize their employees made a mistake.

    Location was great. Atmosphere was quiet & relaxing. Family suite was spacious & clean. Although, the beds were hard. Staff were all friendly & helpful! The included breakfast was good with lots of options. The pool was nice, although it could have been cleaner. Would recommend & plan to stay again.

    The location is great, within walking distance to Discovery Cove and Aquatica, and a very short drive to Sea World. Also has a number of shops and restaurants very near by.However, even overlooking the in-room air-conditioning compressor (which seems to be present in most American hotel rooms) and associated noise, the walls are paper thin so you hear neighbours' conversations and TVs, including of they chose to watch late at night.Beyond this, the breakfast is very hit & miss in its offerings and they are always running out of provisions that the single member of staff struggles to resolve in a single breakfast sitting. It was busy all the time, and we went for breakfast at a variety of times, with queues for the few waffle machines.It had a pool, which is open until late, but it is very shallow and seemingly intended more as a play area for young children than as an offering for older families, and certainly not adults.Plenty of parking but at a cost.The family suite is a good size but could do with some doors on the kids room and a few more coat hooks to dry beach towels and damp clothing.We would not go back.

    DISHONEST STAFF / THIEVES / WRONG PEOPLE FOR THE HOSPITALITY BUSSINES

    Someone stole a watch from our room and the Staff dint wants a share the information of who got access to the room thew Operation Manager Alejandra Tejada did not share the proof they said that no one else got in to the room other than us, she did not have any intentions to help or resolve the problem, didn't offer any solution other than we can't share this information base on a Company policy, it was our room and if it only show that we used our key to get in WHY its private ????

    Went down to Orlando for Family fun at Sea World and as for the room everything was clean. The outlet to plug cell phone box into looked like it had been burnt and the tv would not turn on we went to the desk and within 10 mins a house keeper came with a new remote and we showed him the outlet he said he would take care of it when we check out. The shuttle bus was crazy we made it to sea world only 2 blocks away family wanted to leave early and we went back to the drop off to see about going back to the room early. We got on a red line bus and the drivers said he would take us back to the room. We ended up at Bus Stop 1 and told to get off the bus. We had no clue what to do or where to go. So we got off the bus walked across the street to another bus stop where people sat and I asked how to get back to bus stop 26 they said the bus driver might help us so we asked and he said he would get us to the stop we needed to be at. What a mess. The food was plain I was looking for waffles or pancakes and had none so we didn't eat the 2 days we stayed. Need to really get more stuff
