This resort is located right in the heart of Orlando.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a queen-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the resort ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and pleasantly heated water to ensure comfortable swimming. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. A fortifying breakfast is served daily.

    Joa, Kendra, Garret and Brit are the sweetest bartenders! I love loveeeeeee them. AMAZING service! I went last year and Jo made sure I booked again; it tells when people care and they show it. Came back again and outstanding service again!!! amazing hotel!!     Really great stay at Surfside resorts and was here for 2 weeks, had a suite and was really happy with it, great location close to parks and the bus service is excellent, A little side gate gets you onto i-drive and there is a walgreens across the road for essentials and the suite has a fridge and table to eat at so can save some money by getting stuff in,Really clean hotel and service great and the beach break cafe offers a really good selection and resonably priced, The early park entry is a god send and well worth getting up early for, had read comments about noise but didn't have any problems, we were on 8th floor so this possibly helped,Can highly recommend surfside resorts and will be back again.     We had a great time at Surfside inn and suites all staff were very helpful, surfside is the smaller of the two and easy if you have needs it also nice and cool inside and very clean the room were clean and always were we had plenty of room to put our belongings away and we had a free safe which came in handy the only issue we had and its the same as most guest have is thin walls but nothing like we get at home ,also the food was reasonably priced also tasty the Starbuck's we always had a good one and the staff were always happy to see me and my wife .outside of surfside was always clean the grounds kept immaculate also easy access to i drive but i found the gate hard to open but got used to it ,the universal transportation buses we had plenty of them but found them to get very crowded around five pm the universal shop inside was well stocked and the same price as in the parks the information boards also came in very handy Guest Services, Owner at Universal Endless Summer Resort - Surfside Inn And Suites, responded to this review We are very glad to know you were pleased with your overall stay and look forward to hosting your stay once again

    Surfside Hotel was great! From the moment we went in we were greeted by Marcos who helped us massively. We had booked a budget hotel on International Drive which was awful and we cut our stay short there and instead stayed at Surfside. Marcos was so helpful and we can't thank him enough. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. We will most definitely be staying there again. Thank you for making our holiday!     Ok ... but stayed in much better Universal/Disney hotels

    Nice rooms. Nice staff. Drinks very expensive at bar.Walls very thin..can hear everything next door. And lying by pool is not relaxing at all. There are approx 6 gates i to pool area and they are constantly banging all day. They need to invest in soft closures for these gates. Also very noisy at night from road traffic.
