    Timeshare menace

    * The timeshare industry needs class action and regulation. It is full of fraud, scams, and corporate shell games where the rules and fee’s are always changing, usually for the worse. My timeshare company was dishonest and deceptive with almost all foreign accent customer service people who play dumb or are deceptive. Luckily I found easy cancellation compared to the horror stories have heard others tell about their exit. Gotimesharefree (USA. Com ) helped me exit Wyndham in a 3 months long process. No upfront fees no big promises . Paid 8000 after exit papers were signed .

    DONT BOOK!! I've been booking here for years for a music festival I visit. Never had any issues. I booked 2/2025 and 9/11/25 they call to say there's no availablilty and we canceled your stay. 2 MONTHS BEFORE MY CHECK IN DATE. She left a voicemail and just proceeded to cancel. No reasoning on how they dont have availability when I booked months in advance. No where does it say they can cancel it. It does state they could change your room during your stay. Customer Service sucks as all they do is repeat their little script and no supervisor is ever available. Im sure its because the rate they gave me is wayyy lower than the rates for that time frame. Dont waste your time if you dont want to be frustrated.

    Negative - On checking in we paid for X2 nights for parking our rental car. I noticed on arrival home my Revolut had been charged for an additional X5 extra parking nights (@$15 per night- $75)when we made it clear we were only renting a car for X2 nights. I am unable to find a specific email address to contact the property & was put on hold for a long period of time after explaining my issue over the phone. I trust the property sees this review and takes action to refund swiftly(we stayed in room 201 from 9th-16th August). Additionally, the internet reception was also very intermittent throughout our stay.Positives- a fantastic base for accessing Universal parks via Uber. Spacious room. Great pool and gym- all well kept. Accomodation was very well equipped. Washing machine and tumble dryer available in studios. Premium outlets and restaurants in walking distance. We would happily return and recommend this location (once action has been taken to refund the $75 we were overcharged).
