Pros: Rooftop bar & restaurant, rooftop pool & hot tub. Great view. Great rooms. Cons: parking is NOT free. $44 per day. Was not expecting thisDrinks were great, view was great, and service was great. This would've been a 4 star review because of the parking situation but Tatyana the rooftop bartender is more than great & made it worth 5 stars General Manager, General Manager at Canopy By Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown, responded to this review Dear Aaron,Thank you so much for your fantastic review! It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool, along with the breathtaking views and comfortable rooms. Tatyana will be thrilled to know she made such a positive impact on your experience. We understand your concern regarding the valet parking fee, and appreciate your understanding as it helps us provide the best service possible. We look forward to welcoming you back soon for another enjoyable visit.

Amazing staff
24 Mar 2026
The staff at this property are some of the best. Catalina and Ricky were just great. Fabian and George were so helpful with accommodating a friend at the Treehouse on an extremely busy night. And Elio was an absolute gem, making sure that my birthday getaway was delightful and even taking the time to write a personalized birthday card. There were others I didn't catch the names of, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk staff and the other servers and hostess but Elio and Fabian went above and beyond. The only reason for the 4 stars was the elevator situation. Only one worked so during the crowded weekend it was slow getting through the hotel. General Manager, General Manager at Canopy By Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown, responded to this review Dear Vontreal,Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. It’s wonderful to hear that our team made such a positive impact on your stay. Catalina and Ricky truly appreciate the recognition, and we’re thrilled that Fabian and George provided assistance during your busy night. Elio is delighted to have been part of your birthday celebration, and your kind words mean the world to them and the entire team. We also appreciate your patience with the elevator situation and are sorry for any inconvenience it caused during your stay. Rest assured, your feedback is valued, and we’re working to improve this aspect. We hope to welcome you back for an even more seamless experience.
