  Pros: Rooftop bar & restaurant, rooftop pool & hot tub. Great view. Great rooms. Cons: parking is NOT free. $44 per day. Was not expecting thisDrinks were great, view was great, and service was great.   The staff at this property are some of the best. Catalina and Ricky were just great. Fabian and George were so helpful with accommodating a friend at the Treehouse on an extremely busy night. And Elio was an absolute gem, making sure that my birthday getaway was delightful and even taking the time to write a personalized birthday card. There were others I didn't catch the names of, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk staff and the other servers and hostess but Elio and Fabian went above and beyond. The only reason for the 4 stars was the elevator situation. Only one worked so during the crowded weekend it was slow getting through the hotel.   Extremely disappointing experience at the bar at the Canopy Hotel in West Palm Beach. Dayana was rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful when we asked for simple recommendations.Her attitude made us feel unwelcome and ruined the experience. We will not be returning.   I had a wonderful experience! Catalina provided truly amazing service—she was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. She made the whole visit feel special.The breakfast was the highlight. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can tell they put care into both the quality of the food and the presentation.Overall, a fantastic spot for breakfast. Great food, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere.
