    Worst guest experience I've had. Book at your own risk... I arrived with a PAID reservation for $420, only to be told the hotel had no record of it and that the room would actually cost $710 when I showed up. Despite acknowledging that these issues happen "all the time" (their words), the hotel management refused to offer any meaningful resolution, insisting it wasn't their responsibility. They will tell you they aren't responsible for third parties, but they sell these rooms to make money, knowing there will be collateral damage, and put the entire responsibility on the guest. Thankfully, the booking platform refunded me, but the hotel, however, made no effort to make the situation right.

    Have stayed here many times I am a diamond member in the staff is always greatKewan (sp?)how to with a problematic reservation today and I’m very grateful.The only problem I had was that they were out of gin when I went to have a drink at the bar

    A great stop before our cruise

    We had a wonderful stay before our Margaritaville cruise. They had a free shuttle, and Ross took us to lunch at Lili's Café. We had dinner at the hotel bar, and Patti served us Burger and a Cuban sandwich. We were also offered a Complimentary parking during the 5-day cruise and a free shuttle to the cruise port.
