Our go to hotel
03 Apr 2026
We have been to this hotel five times and keep coming back. The rooms are big and the breakfast is great. They have a nice pool too. Make sure that you turn the fridge on once you enter the room. Ours is usually set at 2 and we turn it up to a 5 or 6. Overall an amazing hotel!

An Extraordinary Experience During Palm Beach Art 2026! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
01 Apr 2026
We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham West Palm Beach while attending the Palm Beach Art 2026 season. Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary, striking the perfect balance between executive-level convenience and residential-style luxury. From the expansive, smartly designed suites featuring fully equipped kitchens to the incredibly convenient free on-site parking, every detail is tailored for comfort. The amenities are truly top-tier: a fantastic complimentary hot breakfast buffet, a relaxing heated outdoor pool, a well-appointed fitness center, and even a charming complimentary bike-sharing program to explore the area. We also thoroughly enjoyed their Thursday evening Happy Hour—a wonderful touch that fosters a great sense of community among guests. It is no surprise that this property holds a prestigious AAA Three Diamond recognition, participates in the Florida Green Lodging Program, and has earned multiple TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellence (including 2025).However, what truly elevates this hotel from great to exceptional is the human element, driven by the phenomenal leadership of Assistant General Manager, Janet Sanfilippo. Her enthusiasm, passion for hospitality, and remarkable human warmth are felt from the very moment you walk into the lobby. The way she and her staff welcome guests is deeply admirable. Janet’s empowerment over the years, her well-deserved industry recognition—including her role as President of The Palm Beach County Attractions Association—and her commitment to excellence are reflected in every corner of this impeccably run hotel. It was a true honor for our team to experience her leadership firsthand, and we look forward to many beautiful collaborative projects in the future.A few tips for future guests:Take advantage of the suites: The in-room kitchens with full-size refrigerators and dishwashers are a massive plus if you are traveling with a team or staying for an extended period.Don't skip the perks: Make sure to grab a complimentary bike to explore, and definitely attend the Thursday Happy Hour!Strategic Location: The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport and steps away from the Palm Beach Outlets, making logistics an absolute breeze.Thank you to Janet and the entire Hawthorn team for a flawless, white-glove stay. We cannot wait to return! Janet Sanfilippo, General Manager at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham West Palm Beach, responded to this review Thank you so much for your incredibly kind and thoughtful review! It was truly our pleasure to welcome you to Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham West Palm Beach. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay, our amenities, and the hospitality provided by our team. Your generous words mean so much to all of us, and we sincerely appreciate your recognition. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

7 out of 10

The hotel is pretty and it is a great location. The pool is nice and the breakfast is very good. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. But the floor we stayed on which was the second floor smelled horrible. When you left your room. My room had a broken coffee pot and I asked the very first day for it to be fixed or replaced and it never was. Also, the toilet seat in our bathroom was broken.

Godsend after cancelled flight
17 Mar 2026
This place was a godsend after our flight got cancelled out of PBI. We were able to get a last minute 2BR suite for all five of us, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Shoutout to Michael at the front desk for helping us store and retrieve our luggage both on arrival and departure! While this isn’t the type of property we would normally look to book, this place is top notch for a budget suite stay near the airport. Kudos to them.

Great 5 Night Family Stay
15 Mar 2026
My family of four stayed in a 2 bedroom unit while we were in town for Spring Training. Everything about the property was great. It was exceptionally clean, the staff are very accomodating, the room was spacious, my kids loved the breakfast and the coffee was really good. We will definilty be staying here next year when we come to Spring Training.
