  High-End Hilton Experience with a Lush Pool Scene

  Very pleasantly surprised by the Hilton West Palm Beach. This property definitely sits on the higher end of the Hilton spectrum, borderline luxury.The lobby and common areas have a clean coastal feel and are nicely appointed. The pool area is a standout. It’s lush, well-designed, and genuinely feels like a luxury resort. The pool bar and staff are especially strong, with attentive service and a great overall atmosphere.The rooms are modern, bright, and well maintained. Large floor-to-ceiling windows bring in great natural light and elevate the space. Beds lean on the firmer side but are still very comfortable. Bathrooms feature Byredo products, which is a nice upscale touch. Rooms are carpeted wall-to-wall. I usually prefer wood flooring, but the carpet felt clean, quiet, and actually added a more refined, elegant feel.Food and beverage across the board impressed. The breakfast restaurant, dinner restaurant, and sushi concept were all solid and added to the overall experience.Location is another big win. The hotel is walkable to downtown West Palm Beach, and the complimentary golf cart shuttle within a one-mile radius is a nice added touch.Only downside is the lack of balconies, which would have taken the rooms to another level.Overall, a really strong stay and one I’d absolutely return to.
