    Felt right at home

    rating22 Sept 2026

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. After a long travel day, the front desk team was so helpful and friendly at check-in, and the bellmen were quick to get our bags to the room with a smile. The room was beautiful, and I have to talk about the pillows. They were honestly some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I'd come back just for those. This is a really beautiful property, and we felt right at home during our stay. Can't wait to come back! General Manager, General Manager at PGA National Resort, responded to this review Dear Maddison,There’s nothing better than hearing that PGA National Resort felt like home during your stay. We’re so glad our team made you feel welcome right from the start, especially after a long day of travel, and we have to say, we love that the pillows earned their own special mention. We’ll be ready to welcome you back whenever you’re ready for another memorable getaway.Sincerely,Allison Dlugatz Managing Director

    Time for a renovation!

    rating21 Sept 2026

PGA National needs a facelift, carpets in hallway dirty and everything looks worn and tired. Time for a remodel. Golf is good but, stay elsewhere!! General Manager, General Manager at PGA National Resort, responded to this review Dear Kimberly,Thank you for sharing your perspective. It is a pleasure to hear that the golf experience was a highlight, though we are disappointed that the property's condition fell short of expectations. Exciting improvements, enhancements, and updates are planned for the near future to refresh the overall resort experience, including many areas you referenced. We hope you will consider returning to experience these changes firsthand.Sincerely,Allison Dlugatz Managing Director
