All started well, but as time passed not so good. Bfast not served which we knew, however, muffins could have been provided with minimal costs. No hand soap by sink in bathroom. Had ongoing problem with toilet flushing. Tank would not fill & handle very hard to push. Then hair dryer almost caught on fire. Not really their fault but inconvenience. Our room was skipped on Monday & not cleaned. When checking out no cart avail to take luggage, etc to car. My husband has foot problem & I have knee issue & difficult for us w/out cart. Told man at front desk when checking out they needed more carts. He was rude & said two is enough. I told him needed more!On a positive the women at front desk, Katherine, Rima & Bridgid were most pleasant! Kudos to them!?? A nightmare

99% of employees, specially management were unprofessional, unresspecful even rude. After two flashes the water stop raining in the bathroom. The shower was so small it gave claustrophobia and I notice mold around it. Don’t be fooled by the reviews!!

Absolutely Ridiculous!! Stayed in several hotels over the years this is the loudest by far, it was like having a disco club in pool area for hours at night!! Cleanliness was good and that as far as I would go also location. You would think management would handle the situation as I watched families shaking there heads wondering how i could get out of this without losing money, unfortunately you can’t!! Oh and nothing better than sheriff’s in the parking lot looking for someone or something several times!! Horrible service. I drove 5 hours, when I arrived to the Hotel there wasn’t any rooms available and I drove with a 8 month baby. Than they kicked us on Saturday morning, when my other family room was reserved till Sunday.
