The location is wonderful; the atmosphere has a fun, boho feel / vibe. The staff was absolutely amazing - every staff member encountered said hello and asked if we needed anything!

Awesome Ace

The customer service is so positive. From front desk, Luke - to the pool bartenders - Damien at the towels - the groundskeepers are all super sweet. The property is beautiful, fun & well-kept. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Ace Hotel & Swim Club Palm Springs, responded to this review The warmth of our team is a big part of what makes Ace Hotel & Swim Club Palm Springs special, and we are glad it came through during your visit! Luke and Damien will be glad to know their kindness stood out, and we have passed your praise along to them. We take pride in keeping the grounds beautiful and the atmosphere fun. We would love to welcome you back to Palm Springs!

Won't return
21 Sept 2026
I would not recommend this place. The room was supposed to have records to play and enjoy. This was just a lie. You have to pay an extra $10 per day just to park on the property. We didn't even get to park on the property one night because the lot was too full. There were ants all over our room and it smelt like mold. The first night our TV didn't work and it was just a blank screen. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Ace Hotel & Swim Club Palm Springs, responded to this review We are sorry your room did not provide the setup you were promised or the comfort you expected. The parking difficulties and television issue only added to a frustrating stay. Your comments have been shared with the teams responsible for each area. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.

Perfect for solo female traveller
20 Sept 2026
Perfect in every way for a solo female traveler. I felt extremely safe and cared for. I went during the week in lower season so the pool was quiet and relaxing and the rooms were even better than I imagined. LOVED the ACE so much I extended by 2 days. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Ace Hotel & Swim Club Palm Springs, responded to this review Choosing to add two more days says everything, and we are so glad Ace became such a comfortable base for your solo trip! The quiet pool during your weekday visit sounds like the perfect place to unwind. We are especially happy you felt safe and cared for, because that sense of ease matters so much when traveling alone. Hearing that your room surpassed what you imagined is a wonderful compliment to our team. We would be delighted to have you with us again at Ace Hotel & Swim Club Palm Springs!

Terrible stay
20 Sept 2026
Honestly, we will not be staying at this hotel again. We had such a great time a few years ago but it’s changed so much since we last visited. The only good thing about this place is the staff. They were super nice. Everything else is a 1 star for us. The food and drinks are ridiculously priced. $50 for 2 drinks and the food is ok but also not worth the price. The music is so loud you have to scream just to talk to the person sitting right next you. The vibes are super trashy Vegas :( it’s so unfortunate since we were looking forward to the stay so much for our one year anniversary. We ended up leaving early. There’s also no coffee in the rooms and they charge $9 for a latte. No cleaning room service and you pay for each day of parking at the hotel. I get things are getting more expensive in general but this literally felt like we were being robbed and scammed. I wish we could have left a better review but we will definitely not be staying here again. You can find much nicer places in Palm Springs for the same price or cheaper and without feeling angry after you leave. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Ace Hotel & Swim Club Palm Springs, responded to this review Laura, we are sorry the noise made it difficult to enjoy a conversation and that your anniversary stay ended early. A visit planned for such a meaningful occasion should not leave you feeling frustrated and disappointed. Your broader concerns about value and the services provided have been shared with the teams responsible for each area. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret that we did not give you a reason to extend your stay.
