Fantastic stay!

We stayed here for a week and it was great. Cardinal, at the front desk was a pleasure to see each day. His professional and kindness did not go unnoticed. The view from the balcony was fantastic. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The continental breakfast is a plus. I do highly recommend. We stayed at the Hampton Inn suites on Panama City Beach on the beach we have had the most amazing experience so far!! Ora and Cardinal checked us in and they were amazing. I don’t think we’ve ever been treated so wonderful at a hotel. We cannot wait to come back.We’re down here looking at properties to move from Michigan down here to Panama city and having experience we’ve had so far at this Hampton Inn has been amazing and it makes us want to move down here for sure just knowing that the people are so amazing here. We cannot wait to comeback here and stay bring our family and Friends. By far a 10 star or above hotel staff and a Phenomenal bartender also was amazing. Hotel is very clean and beautiful. Where to start. From poor management to awful costumer service.. I am a HIlton honor member and I have stay on they fancy hotels and some that are not so fancy but always received great customer service until today .. I checked in our room it was dusty, dirty and stinky.. I calledFront desk they told I need it to way 45 minutes to speak to the manager while on hold I open balcony door smell straight up like weed. Our IT company recently stayed at The Hampton Inn & Suites on Panama City Beach for a team trip, and overall we had a very positive experience. Many of our teammates had ocean-facing rooms, and the views were absolutely beautiful—something everyone truly enjoyed throughout the stay.The location was another major highlight. The hotel is centrally located near a shopping plaza, making it incredibly convenient and walkable for our group. Whether grabbing a quick bite or picking up essentials, everything we needed was just a short walk away.We also rented a conference room during our stay, which was very well put together, clean, and perfectly suited for our needs.
