On the plus side: staff lovely at front desk, hotel is clean, and beds are comfortable. But beyond those very basics, this hotel misses the mark. Decor is dated. The first room we checked into (9th floor) was very noisy from the adjacent highway. Toilet ran continuously, and safe was locked so we called maintenance. Man came up, worked on the toilet and left (presumably to get what he needed for the safe). He never returned, and the toilet was not fixed. We changed rooms. This room had only one usb port, and one of the bedside table outlets was so loose we couldn’t charge devices. In this room the toilet barely flushed. I called the front desk after midnight- no answer. So I went downstairs myself and asked for a plunger. Working better now, but all in all a very unsatisfactory stay. An all around disappointment. The bed was comfortable but that was about it. The highway noise at night woke us both up. Saturday night they had a party in the bar on the top (12th) floor. We were on the 9th floor and the music was so loud we could feel the bass thumping. After saying something to the front desk, at 11:35 PM they turned it down... a little. The restaurant was another disappointment. Do yourself a favor and stay away. The room is nice and the food is nice but they steal your deposit. Shady staff lie constantly give you the run around in hopes you stop calling so they can keep your money. STAY AWAY....Noise Level-Not able to sleep-Doesn't Care About The Hotel Customer

On the 2nd night of my stay, 3/14, a party in the restaurant upstairs (we found out by front desk is owned by another company, not IHG) on the 12th floor was blasting music until 1:30 AM. Our rooms were on the 11th floor. The noise level made it impossible to sleep, turning my room into a nightclub environment. My Granddaughter had a Dance Competition at 9AM the next morning. When we complained at 10:40 PM, the hotel’s "solution" was to move us to rooms 504 and 512. This was handled poorly:No Assistance: We were forced to pack and move all of our belongings ourselves late at night with zero offer of help from staff.Broken Promises: Even on the 5th floor, the sound of a loud DJ was still heard. The following morning, the front desk assured me a manager would call me to discuss the situation. That call never happened.STAY AWAY, they do not care about the comforts of their paying hotel guests, they allowed us to be disturbed and their response was 'the 12th floor restaurant is owned by someone else and they have no control'. The front desk night person had an attitude. They need an overhaul of their service skills. Obviously, they cared more about the party going on the 12th floor than their hotel guests, even towns/cities we live in, have disturbing the peace and noise rules, should we have called the police?? We were paying customers of the hotel, and our comforts were not considered, which in my opinion, should be their main concern.
