  Really nice room. Brutally loud HVAC.

  Stayed here one night for a relative's funeral. We've stayed in other Home2Suites properties, and we like the room layout and features. Our room was on the opposite side of the building from Highway 17, so there was no traffic noise.All was well till about 6;45 AM when I was awakened by a very loud noise that I was absolutely sure was a big truck parked directly under our window. Sounded kinda like a garbage truck. So I thought OK, it's just there to grab and empty a dumpster, and it will be gone in a minute. The sound continued. I got up and peeked out the window. There was no truck. Then the sound suddenly ended and I realized what it was, because right at the same moment, the heat stopped blowing. The HVAC was THAT LOUD!I feel bad leaving a middling review of an otherwise nice property but the HVAC in a hotel room just should not be loud enough to jolt a guest out of a sound sleep. I obviously have no idea whether all the rooms are like that

  This hotel is in a great location. It’s about 10 minutes from the airport, there are variety of food within 15 minutes drive, and clubs close by. Property is cleaned and friendly staffs.

  Rooms are outdated and dusty due to wear and tear I was told. Stains on the couch and rug. Lobby smells like smoke. Lobby is outdated. I asked for a refund but it was purchased from a third party. I wish I paid the extra $50 for a better hotel.

  we’ve been staying at this hotel multiple times past few years. It’s always been a pleasure. This time we felt something off. We had 2 rooms on the 5th floor. The water pressure was noticeably low, and one of the mugs was left unwashed. We really like this hotel and hope it can be kept in good shape.

  Very nice newer hotel conveniently located and close to Manhattan. Rooms are spacious with full kitchens. Mall across highway 17 with a Costco though it is only accessible by auto short of a 35 minute walk. Worth the stay.
