Ideally located just 40 km from New York City, this charming business hotel is conveniently close to several highways and within easy reach of historic Morristown and East Hanover. For a taste of history, culture and fresh air, the Morristown National Historical Park and Florham Park can be found only 9.5 km from the property. The nearest NJ Transit station is a 5-minute drive from the family-friendly hotel and the centre of Parsippany is just 2 km away. Other nearby places of interest include Short Hills Mall (30 minutes' drive), Washington Headquarters (8 km away), Frelinghuysen Arboretum (7 km away), Schuyler-Hamilton House (9 km away), Drew University (15 km away) and Meadowlands Sports Complex (32 km away). The Jersey Shore beaches are around an hour's drive from the conference hotel and it is 30 minutes from Newark International Airport.

    The maintenance staff was extremely rude and unprofessional during my stay. They were dismissive, lacked basic courtesy, and made an already frustrating situation worse. Their attitude was disappointing and completely inappropriate for a hotel that should prioritize respectful, helpful customer service.

    The staff at this castle hotel were extremely rude and unwelcoming during check-in. They seemed far more interested in their phones than assisting customers, which made the experience frustrating and disappointing. Customer service was clearly not a priority. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

    Our family had a very uncomfortable and scary stay at this hotel. Strange people were smoking in the hallways and entering different rooms, which made us feel unsafe. The excessive noise coming from the room next to ours kept the entire family awake all night. Nothing was done about the noise from the hotel even after bringing it to their attention. For the price, this hotel was absolutely not worth the money.

    Our stay was extremely disappointing due to the excessive noise throughout the hotel. Despite bringing the issue to the front desk, nothing was done to address the situation or make our stay more comfortable. The lack of response and customer service was frustrating and unacceptable. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

    The pool was overcrowded and allowed others to enter through the side gate without being a member guest, or paying customer the teenagers that allowed their friends into the pool were rude and forced us to move our small children away and leave the pool. Front desk staff was of no help. As they said they don’t control the pool
