    Hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The building was also well kept and exceeded my expectations. Overall, all my needs were met. I had a great time & will recommend this place to family and friends.

    My stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel was great the atmosphere was welcoming, and the customer service was exceptional. A special shoutout to Ray for being so helpful, attentive, and professional. He made sure everything was handled smoothly and truly made me feel welcomed. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about the guest experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and appreciated. The manager was professional, respectful, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of.It’s always refreshing to receive great customer service, and the manager truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.     Tl;dr: Stay anywhere else. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in the past, some on the cheaper side and some on the fancier side. No hotel is perfect. All I really look for in a hotel is a cozy room to sleep however long I need to stay. Regrettably, this room failed that mark. The entire carpet was damp, making it feel disgusting to walk on. The sheets also felt damp and would not dry even after a full day (not to mention the stains on the sheets). There was no working vent in the shower, which only contributed to the terrible humidity in the room. I included a photo of the hinge on the bathroom door, which is very notably rusted. While not everything about the hotel was the worst thing in the world, the room was easily the most uncomfortable room I've ever stayed in. If I had to choose between staying at this hotel again or sleeping outside with a bear, I would choose the bear. At least that would've been less humid.

    during my 8th grade dc trip, this was the last hotel we stayed at. it was really nice, big bathroom for 4 girls. breakfast was very versatile compared to other hotels. the quality was there! i happened to leave my ipad there, ghats where guillermo the goat steps in. he helped me get my ipad shipped back to me. he dealt with my 20+ phone calls in the span of an hour. so thank you guillermo so very much for making sure it came back home safe to me!!
