The customer service I received from Vania was top tier, super friendly and efficient. The hotel itself is very clean. The breakfast was standard for a Hampton, but it is the people that make it stand out. One of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed

Very clean, quiet and awesome staff. We checked in a little late(we were a walk up) and the front desk guy was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Its a dump

Dogs barking up and down the halls. Room smelt like a wet dog and urine. Asked for another room and it smelt bad as well. Breakfast was ok at best.

Comfortable stay but housekeeping needs some improvement

Friendly check in staff, spacious room, pool was sparkling clean, and air conditioner worked well. The only downside was we found numerous hairs throughout the room and on surfaces. It made the room feel unclean despite everything looking as it had been cleaned and wiped down.

Not the best Hampton Inn experience

Worst night ever in a Hampton Inn. I have a wheelchair and had no where to park except on the side where it's not accessible and very dim lighting. Felt unsafe getting out of my car. Slamming doors all night. Was looking forward to breakfast bc H.I. has the best. It was cold and not a great selection. Kids rummaging through the food and grabbing what they touched(disgusting). Again, not accessible for a chair. The room was fairly clean. Carpet was sticky, hair was in the shower and the toilet was way too low to get up from without a rail. STAFF WAS EXCELLENT!!
