WARNING! This is the WORST hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The rooms were GROSS, curtains and screens were torn, the dresser was chewed up and water damaged so the doors would not close, and the floors were disgusting. The AC was loud and the bathroom had hair on the toilet seat. The front desk staff (man) was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. We were booked for three nights but left after one. Stayed 1 night while going to the Neshoba County Fair. The big reasons I chose Best Western instead of the casino was location and that I had a $50 gift card earned from a previous stay at another BW location. Not many things went right. The room coffee maker didn't work. Breakfast was average at best. The A/C unit had missing parts on the cover to know if it was cooling or heating. Last, but not least, they didn't give me the $50 credit when I checked out. Needless to say, another stay at BW in Philly will not be in my future

Wouldn't Stay at a Best Western Again

DON'T STAY HERE - DIRTY! Floor wasn't vacuumed. The curtains had stains. The ceiling was dirty/dark. Wires were hanging from the wall where a fire alarm use to be. Food was left in the refrigerator from previous guest. The smell and humidity in the room was uncomfortable. The comforter was dirty. I have received good customer service from the front desk especially from Carter during my stay there. Housekeeping kept my room tidy and clean.The hotel is in a good and safe location. A great place to stay if you’re ever in the area and will stay again

Don’t get ripped off like we did!

We were charged three times for an overnight stay. Our card was charged twice when we checked in and once when we checked out. Evidently none of the front desk personnel know how to reverse a charge or do a credit and supervisions are unavailable. As everyone knows these charges come out of your account immediately and it can take days to credit back into your account. So until someone comes into work that can correct this problem, we are out an additional $300. There is definitely a lack of proper training for front desk personnel in how to properly charge for a stay or how to correct their mistakes. Supervisors should be readily available in assisting them in how to perform their tasks.
