Uninvited mouse in room 🐁
09 Jun 2026
I am disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arriving in the room, it was apparent that cleanliness standards had not been properly maintained. Several areas of the room appeared dirty and in need of attention, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The most concerning issue occurred when a mouse was discovered in the room during our stay. Finding a rodent in a guest room is both unsanitary and unacceptable, and it significantly impacted our ability to relax and enjoy our visit. The presence of a mouse raised serious concerns about the overall condition and maintenance of the property. I am sure the unclean environment attracted the rodents. kassidy kunde, General Manager at Home2 Suites by Hilton Philadelphia - Convention Center, PA, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologize that your stay fell short of expectations.Providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests is extremely important to us, and I regret that this was not your experience. I am especially sorry for the concern and discomfort caused by the mouse you encountered during your stay. We understand how unsettling that situation can be and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Please know that our team takes reports of this nature very seriously. We have reviewed your concerns with our housekeeping, maintenance, and pest-management partners to ensure appropriate corrective measures are taken. requested housekeeping never happened.
08 Jun 2026
All was fine, the location was very central, and the front desk people were patient and kind. Except that they didn't clean our room after asking 3 times, and they always said they had until 4:30 p.m. Never happened, and the housekeeping people were informed that we needed the service.

We felt right at home!
07 Jun 2026
From the moment my family and I checked into Home2 Suites by Hilton, (we’ve been there for about 2 months because of a recent fire) , we felt like part of a large family. Everyone treated us with the utmost respect, kindness, and professionalism. Two employees who truly stood out were Vikki at the front desk and Marcus from security. Both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, safe, and comfortable during our stay. Their exceptional customer service made a difficult time much easier, and we are very grateful for their care and dedication. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel at home.
