  This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Just arriving there, the air is full of incense and you can tell the hotel is primarily for... not sleeping. My first room, the door didn't shut, the frame was busted. The sheets were covered in animal fur and there were cigarette burns on everything. Mold on the vents, crap on the walls, etc. I had to ask for a new room because I'm deathly allergic to animals. The front desk guy? He asked me if I'd used anything in the room yet. He was going to turn around and resell it! The second room still had nasty sheets and who knows what all over the office chair. We slept on top of the bedspread for what we could through the tremendous amounts of noise, banging doors, and yelling outside the window. Thankfully we seem to have made it out without bringing home any infestations or diseases, but I would not at all be surprised if we didn't. Please. Dont go here. And if anyone knows how to get health inspectors to shut this place down, it needs it!

  Horrendous parking experience.

  Do not use their parking! No one ever showed up to pick us up after our flight was delayed for several hours. I called several times, only to be told someone would be there sooner or later. This was 2:00 am. After 45 min, we got an Uber. Did I mention, Do Not use their parking. You will be sorry you did!

  I definitely need to start reading tripadvisor reviews before booking a hotel!!! This place is terrible!!! Filthy dirty, standing water on the floor of the bathroom, terrible bed, the room smelled horrible, unfriendly staff. I could keep going! And it charges FAR more than it's worth!! Unless you are terribly desperate don't waste your time with this place. Keep looking!!

  This hotel does not recognize Priceline or Hotwire reservations- they will not check you in unless Priceline.Hotwire customer service calls them and makes a manual reservation. They assigned someone else my room on the second night and at 2 AM a group of men opened my door with a key. Only the flip lock stopped them. I have bug bites all over me after staying there including a swollen spider bite. There were flies in the room (in NOVEMBER) and crusty dirt on the floors. The toilet never stopped running and the lid didn't fit it. The bed coverings were literally moth-eaten or cigarette-burned with holes. The stink of cigarettes was so bad I slept wearing my mask. I should have just paid more and gone elsewhere. I didn't even shower because the tub was disgusting. There was a hair inside the folded towel. There is no breakfast- that is a lie. They haven't offered breakfast in a year and a half but they still list it in the amenities. There are no words to adequately explain how disturbing this hotel is.

  Don’t do it!

  This was the worst motel experience ever. We arrived at 1am due to a late flight. The room was dirty. There were roaches. The room reeked of smoke. Tried to get a different room, But was told there were none available. I didn’t even open my suitcase in this filthy room. I called every hotel around us to try to find something else but every place was full. I slept in my clothes and got out of there as fast as I could in the morning. Find someplace else to stay! The only positive thing I can say about my experience was that my shuttle driver was great.
