  Well presented but not a great experience

  Well located for the old town, room was well equipped including a great bathroom and decor was beautiful. It was however one of the most odd experiences we have had in a hotel. We didn’t see a single member of staff in 3 days, no one to ask if our stay was going ok, just a price of paper taped to a door saying ring this number. Instead we were woken at 6.30am (each morning) by a crew of workers right outside our bedroom digging up the paving flags. At night the courtyard outside was busy until late at night with the restaurant guests from next door. It was a little disappointing.

  Charming and intimate inn

  I spent 4 lovely nights at this charming inn. All of the thoughtful details, from the excellent coffee blend, to actual soft towels, to daily room service and bottled water made this a memorable stay. I enjoyed coffee mornings in the peaceful courtyard and afternoons in the rooftop pool. This trip was a totally random choice but so glad I lucked into the Bespoke Inn! The only issue I had was how loud overhead footsteps were- especially in the middle of the night. You may want to consider an upstairs room if this would be a problem.   Beautifully decorated rooms and small walk to town

  Hotel is quite nice and was beautifully decorated with a small kitchen area to make coffee/tea. They had a wine fridge instead of a regular fridge, but was able to lower it to store other things as well. Bathroom was modern and also nicely decorated and the robes and slippers a great touch. Contactless does seem a little "cold" when receive the e-mail but they were on site so did get to speak to the front desk when checked in and was super accommodating and friendly. Parking was easy with all 3 spots available when we arrived and plenty of street parking as is in a quiet area of town. About a 10-15 min walk to the 5th ave shopping district. Is right next to a dog boarding house so in the day could hear dogs barking, but didn't disturb at night (although was woken up at 6am to them leaf blowing/mowing next door - guess trying to beat the arizona heat). Courtyard also serves as their outdoor restaurant at night so did need to walk through that to get to the room as well as after swimming in their pool. Pool was very nice and was a great temperature after a long day. Some chairs on the other side could lounge on and read a book and thankfully an umbrella since was so hot. While we do offer contactless check-in for convenience and privacy, our team is always on site and happy to assist guests, answer questions, or simply say hello at any time during their stay. We never intend for the experience to feel impersonal, so your comments are very helpful.To clarify for future guests, our courtyard is shared with the restaurant during evening service, but the entire courtyard is not occupied by restaurant seating. There are also multiple entrances to access the guest rooms and pool area without needing to walk directly through the restaurant. One of our guest rooms is located closest to the host stand, so guests staying in that particular room may pass by that area more frequently.We also appreciate your understanding regarding the outside noise from neighboring businesses. While we unfortunately do not have control over landscaping schedules or sounds coming from nearby properties, we’re glad to hear the evenings remained peaceful overall.Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share such balanced and helpful feedback.   There are better options in Scottsdale

  The room was fine and it's a good location if you want to be by downtown. However, we were woken up around 7am every morning by grounds keepers blowing leaves up against our door. We were met with this the first morning, and thought being the gardeners had done their job, that would be the end of it for the week. It was not and we were woken every single day of our stay. Because it is next to an animal hospital, expect to hear barking dogs throughout the day. There is no office personnel on site except for an hour or so each day, so if you need something, you're on your own. Nobody was there when we arrived, throughout our stay, or the day we left. If you want to sleep in or relax in a quiet Inn, there are better options in/near Scottsdale. The negative experience was compounded by a person with no customer service skills responding to my text in response to their checkout text. I have no idea who it was because the only interaction we had with anybody connected with this property was by text. We encourage guests to research accommodations and surrounding areas to ensure the property is the right fit for their preferences.Additionally, our contactless stay experience is outlined clearly in the confirmation email prior to arrival. This provides guests the opportunity to ask questions or make any adjustments in advance to ensure a comfortable stay.   Another great Bespoke location

  Stayed one night in the Garden Room. We've stayed in the Flagstaff location in the past and Scottsdale did not disappoint. Check in was a breeze and the room was really cute and more than adequately sized. My only suggestion to improve would be to move the chair away from in front of the door to the garden so that it can be more easily accessed and change the king bed to a queen bed so that the chair has room to be moved elsewhere, otherwise it was an ideal space. Location wise, the hotel can't be beat. It's easily walkable to Old Town and beyond and made getting to the airport the following morning super easy. The pool and lounge area were a real treat after exploring in the heat. It's not a traditional hotel pool as it's more of a lap pool style and has limited space around it but the water was cold and great for cooling off and relaxing at the end of the day. We will gladly rebook here again the next time we are in town.
