  Great hotel for an extended weekend in Phoenix!

  We took an extended weekend family trip to the Phoenix area. This hotel is within 15 minutes of outlet shopping, gambling and other attractions. We were on the second floor facing poolside. Rooms were quiet even though the parking lot was full and the hotel is located right off the highway. We had no issues during our stay. Staff were very attentive. Pool/hot tub area was lovely with only a few people enjoying the area.

  This hotel has been renovated and is beautiful! Everything was comfortable and immaculately clean. The front desk people were very kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this enough!

  AC terrible, window doesnt open, staff doesn't care

  The room was too hot for sleep, 73F.The AC is centrally controlled and only goes down to 68, and the fan turns off intermittently regardless of the setting. The room never got down to the temp we set; the lowest it got down to was 71, high of 73. It was colder outside (56F) than in our room but the window DOES NOT OPEN.Dont stay here unless you want to be woken up by the loud fan shutting off and turning back on in the night, and sleeping in 73 degrees.We mentioned all of this to the front desk associate, and she barely acknowledged us.   Overall good value and location for training in Chandler. Third time staying for one week stay. Service overall was good, beds were comfy, whenever we needed more coffee etc they would be happy to help right away!   Stayed here one night before flying back home. The check-in was quick and easy and there were cookies!The room was clean and spacious. Most of all it was quiet unlike the previous few nights at the other location. It is in a good location near several places to eat and shop, if you want to do that.
