The atmosphere at the hotel was so nice. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The food was also quite good. It was a great stay for the few days we were there.

Unsanitary and Unsafe

Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and the overall environment were unacceptable and far below the standards I have come to expect from Hilton properties. Our room was in very poor condition. The carpets were old, heavily stained, and unsanitary. The curtains had visible holes, and the room had a strong odor of cigarettes despite signage stating that smoking would result in significant fines. On our final night, the entire fourth floor smelled strongly of marijuana. We were forced to purchase air fresheners and keep the window cracked open throughout our stay just to make the room tolerable. In addition to the room conditions, the safety of the property was a serious concern. The surrounding parking lot and exterior areas were heavily occupied by homeless individuals at all hours of the night. There were multiple instances of fighting and loitering, making it feel unsafe to walk to and from our vehicle. The most alarming incident occurred on our last night while our softball team was eating pizza in the lobby. A homeless woman entered carrying several bags, plugged in a hair dryer, and began doing her hair in the lobby where families and children were gathered. She appeared to be under the influence of drugs and was speaking into a handheld walkie-talkie. The situation made both the players and parents extremely uncomfortable, and everyone decided to leave the lobby and return to their rooms.The front desk receptionist witnessed this entire situation and did nothing to intervene or contact security. Although I saw security personnel in the hotel multiple times during our stay, they never addressed any of these issues. They appeared unprofessional, with untucked shirts and popped collars, and did not present themselves in a manner that inspired confidence or safety. This property is absolutely not suitable for families or sports teams. I would never recommend it to anyone, which is deeply disappointing to say about a Hilton hotel.

Stayed there one night passing thru Phoenix. Nice hotel, check in people a little grumpy, Seems well kept up, rooms clean, beds a little lumpy, but not bad. Plenty of restaurants in area within a short walk. I would advise people to check credit card after you check out the following day. I had an alert from my bank for $6 charge to my credit card the day after I checked out. Apparently it was for 2 bottles of water a $3 a bottle they said I drank which I had not. I had to talk to a manager, but they did refund me $6. I did find out they pretty much do that to all guest which i think is kind of sneaky and underhanded.. Check your credit cards the following day if you stay here and did not drink their over priced generic bottled water. Oh, and they do not serve any kind of breakfast anymore.

Stayed for a total of five nights was helping my son move into an apartment in the Peoria area. Hotel is very clean and nearby many different things, lots of restaurants an easy access to the freeway. Was able to enjoy breakfast at the hotel service was above average, room was clean and well kept up, I really enjoyed the stand-up shower without the tub really a nice feature very roomy. Room faced the pool, which I found out later was under construction and totally removed looks like they're working on installing a new pool soon. Restaurant had a wide variety and was very tasty. I would stay here again if need be, I'm sure there's a lot more hotels in and around the phoenix area price was reasonable also provides free parking for hotel guests.

Had the pleasure of staying here on business for 2 weeks and was VERY pleased! To begin with, the staff are the stars. I was always provided with a ln extraordinary experience whether I was having breakfast or sitting at the bar having dinner. Breakfast had a wide variety and fresh. I chose the buffet. My room was cleaned perfectly everyday! There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. Being there for 2 weeks, the staff made me feel like family, definitely will be staying there again if I have to go back to Phoenix!
