Great Staff. Great Service. Perfect Stay.

Traveled in from the East Coast for a wedding and got into town early so I decided to stay at Doubletree Resort for a night before heading up to Pinetop. After a long travel day, I was glad that my check in process with Matt was so seamless. He was able to answer all my questions about the resort and what I should check out around town. He really set the tone for my stay. Everything was great, I especially loved the pool. The staff and service were top notch. If I ever find myself back in Arizona I’ll definitely be back because of just how great it was and how kind and accommodating the staff was. Weird music
01 Jul 2026
Justin at the bar is absolutely fantastic! But what is up with the music? This is horrible music after my recent breakup and I don’t understandwhy it needs to be so sad and depressing. Why can’t we play upbeat music at a family resort where we’re trying to have fun?
