  The place is stuck in the 60s. It’s old and tired, badly maintained, like a terrible airbnb, with zero service and unpleasant accommodations. The only small plus is the pool but it is also not great. This place needs massive renovation and improved service. How they call themselves a “resort” is ridiculous.

  Ignore the bad management and lies, and you might have a good time

  Let's ignore the blatant lies told by the concierge and the light streaming into the room all night and the many minutes it takes to get hot water (in the desert). Let's ignore the room vibrations from a motor somewhere and the rattling of the light fixture. Let's ignore the lack of counter space in the kitchen. Let's ignore the bits of food on the floor. All of those can be blamed on bad managers somewhere, sometime. Club Wyndham has shown that their managers don't care about such things (because they appear over and over in critiques bout are not addressed). Otherwise, our studio was comfortable and functional.

  The Legacy is an okay, but the front staff needs to be more informed about how the snack bar works and needs to be more friendly and helpful. They would not even order a Uber driver for us!!! It was thanks to a wonderful server in the Trail's End Bar and Grill that helped us. She ordered a Uber driver for us. Also, the front staff was more focused on getting 75.00 from me to sit with a member to sit through a demonstration on timesharing, and promised us a 75.00 gift card. The gift card failed at 2 locations, had to get it reactivated, after the front desk said we had to look into the problem with the gift card. I made them do their jobs to correct it. The door key to our hotel suite did not work twice as well, twice I had to go the front desk to get that corrected. The hotel (one bedroom) was okay, front door has a 1/4 inch air opening around the front door.....hmmm. Jacuzzi tub was dirty, dishwasher stuck on running, washing machine stuck on final rinse. I fixed all. No maid services during your trip until your leave. The hotel will hold a 300.00 security deposit and you will get that back in about 5 days after you check out. They cut out more than half the tv channels at night time as well. Warning...if you are not a golfer, you will not get top service. Just warning you, and make sure you drive. If it was not for the server (Jessica) at the Trail's End, we would have had a bad trip.

  Room has not been upgraded in a very long time. The ground floor unit was very dark, hardly any sunlight came in. Shower faucet loose. Kitchen sink plugged.
