Always perfect

I've been staying at this same resort for over 10 years. It's always perfect in every way. 100% consistent. What more could you ask for?

Surprises were not welcome.

I had not apparently read the fine print. No A/C in units. Fans a bunch though. WIFI free to owners only. If you exchange or rent, you pay from $40 to $80 for WIFI depending on length of stay. Paperless check-in with no info provided about resort or area. No info on how to check-out provided. No info in units for anything about unit or area. Folks behind counter at check-in could not advise other options. We are in our late 70's and had to climb 15 stairs to our unit. Very troubling for us. Appliances are old and need to be replaced. We had an issue with the dishwasher. Anything pilferable and not absolutely required was removed including living room pillows, dinner mats, DVD player, etc. and yet, they required a $250 deposit. Seemed like checking into a Hotel room. Wow... Good old days of trustworthiness and time share exchanging seems to have ended.

Perfect every time

My favorite Northern Arizona getaway - been going there for YEARS. Everything is always perfect - with everything you could ever want in a Pinetop stay. INCLUDING wooded views from EVERY unit.

Great quiet resort

Great resort, very quiet up in the mountain variety of things to do around here. Amazing pools, hot tubs sat in a tall tall pine trees or families.
