  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BOOK!

  BEWARE! I booked a room at this hotel because of the location and they are suppose to have an airport shuttle. Unfortunately the hotel never answers their phone, day or night! I called at least 20 times in attempt of finding out the airport shuttle hours and NO ANSWER! I have used every extension mentioned in their recorded answering message, including "airport shuttle information" and no answer each time! I am obviously alarmed and concerned that I will arrive at the airport and call for a shuttle and be stranded! The hotel refuses to cancel the reservation, because they say it is, "Not Cancellable!' I travel for a living and stay at Wyndham Hotels often... I have never had such a poor level of customer service or lack of care! I will end up at a different hotel after paying for this one, because they are unreliable and scammed me out of one nights stay! I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!After two days of not being able to reach the hotel by phone anyone should be very concerned! Also, after receiving such poor customer service, I checked their reviews and it seems I am one of MANY complaints!

  The hotel was clean. The Beekman 1802 toiletries was a nice touch. We enjoyed the breakfast at the onsite restaurant although the service was lacking. The shuttle service was the main issue because my selection criteria was a place close to the airport with shuttle service. I called upon collecting our baggage and was told that the shuttle service ended at 9pm. REALLY? Having been on the road all day, traveling from the East Coast, this was an unpleasant surprise. n

  Hotel is very outdated. Staff was rude and not helpful. Pool dirty. Not enough pool towels. Restaurant/bar not open during day. Bathrooms old and falling apart. Paid over $250/night. At best, this is a 2 star hotel.

  Clean but old and dated. No coffee shop. Restaurant dinner only and limited hours. No restaurants within walking distance. Staff transactional and no warmth. A little cheaper than others but rude share costs to:from restaurants alone made it the same or mire expensive than more convenient locations. Free shuttle to airport.

  Location was great and convenient. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel as we were here for spring training and were gone most the day. Overall, the room was cleaned when we arrived. Looks like they did some updates but haven’t got to the bathroom yet. The bathroom was not the cleanest. We were on first floor which was very noisy in the hall and people above us. Overall staff was very nice, expected the price since it was spring training time. They did offer several amenities but we didn’t use them.
