  Excellent location and accommodations!.

  Tucked on the side of the mountain, this property gives you everything you need to relax and enjoy your star. Right down to a washer and dryer in the room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful regarding the local area restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend the Club Wyndham Bentley Brook.

  Hard and uncomfortable furniture

  Hotel is cute. Great suites and very well equipped. Living room furniture is so uncomfortable and hard to sit on. Other guests have also commented about it as well. Visited during late fall and we just had snow. The mountain roads are really not maintained at all with snow on them. Snow down on the premises of the hotel walkways and parking lots. Hotel waited till it stopped snowing to shovel which was at 6 pm. I thin the walkways and parking lots should have been maintained all day. Very slippery getting to car and the parking lots were in bad shape. They have cute little events during the day. Very disappointed in the spa facial that they were going to have the day it snowed at 6:00. Totally understand that the person could not make it because of the roads. The hotel made no announcement that it was cancelled. A bunch of folks sitting in the room waiting for the facial person to show up. Other than the pool and hot tub not much to do in the hotel. The surrounding towns such as pittsfield and other berkshire towns have really not much. I think the only thing to do here is to ski.

  This is one of our most favorite resorts and we have been going there for 20 years. Great 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Everything top notch. Very clean and lots of dishes, pots, etc in kitchen. We love their shampoos and soaps! Love to hike in the area - Field Farm is 8 miles away, you will not be disappointed.

  Bentley Brook is a beautiful resort in the Berkshires. The surrounding mountains are in view all around.The very welcoming reception desk provides all the information you’ll need for a great vacation. Strong internet connection, beautiful rooms and a sparkling indoor pool.   Rooms on the 4th floor building 26 and 27 best views. Oct 3 to 10. local Jiminy MT can be walked to top. Pools are heated, indoor and outdoor. many activities in the winter, Fall seems quieter and no activities around except for indoor movie theater and local inhouse. Place is clean, neat and great for walking trails abound in the area. Local store on property has a good amount of items to choose from. open 7 to 7 seven days a week. Trees need to be trimmed down or cut down totally as the view of the mountains and resort is blocked...a big disappointment there. otherwise a good location, Property is clean and safe. staff helpful...bring a roku or fire stick!!! plenty of tv channels also. plenty of cooking items in kitchen!!
