The front desk employee Marie was amazing. The other one Tee and her Gm Mira gossip about people. Tee signed her gm Mira name on one of the guests documents and bodly said she was forging it. The guest reported to the police as well as unauthorized charges made by tee on the guest accounts as well as money lost. She lost guests 100 deposit and they was made to pay another one. They put guest and her family out due to payments being late from receiving payments from non profit organization assistance. Mira may want to get in contact with the guests that were staying there to get information from guests to file charges on her employee Tee whom states she's coming for her Gms job. If she forges someone's signature on paperwork and run people's card without permission, no telling what else she would do

Most things were fine but the staff/management was uncaring and dishonest. The door to the bathroom wouldn't close unless you put your whole body's strength behind pushing it and it was really loud. We had our kids with us and it was disturbing to use. We asked to have it fixed four times over the 1st 3 days we were there and they kept saying someone would fix it but no one did. The 4th time they said the same but I insisted on a room change. They initially refused until I insisted further. They then suddenly found a room (right next to the one we were in after initially saying there were no suitable rooms available). The toilet seat in the 2nd room was broken and they had someone try to fix it and he reported that it was fine even after I explained that it shifted when you sat on it to where it felt you would fall off. It stayed the same for the remaining days we were there. Also, they had the AC programed to automatically revert to a high temperature when we were out for the day and then took hours to cool down when we returned at night meaning that we were hot when going to sleep every night. It was the same for both rooms. Why would they set that (to save money i guess) so guests have to struggle each night? There were other minor issues as well such as a light fixturefalling off with five minutes of entering the room, bathroom not clean, and a requirement to log in with Netflix, etc. guest account credentials to view anything on the TV. Never experienced such issues with a hotel after traveling extensively and would strongly recommend everyone avoid this place.

I just came back from a business trip and normally i dont leave bad reviews and i am a very easy going person always trying to find the positive side of things but the truth is that my expierence at this hotel was horrible.The man at the front desk( i dont have his name, just remember he had a beard and was from middle eastern descent) was rude, not helpful and even felt scared he was going to hit me just because of me asking to print out the receipt. I needed it because of company policy and could t leave without it. He started screaming and treating me badly, to the point that other guest and even his coworkers came out to see what was happening. I was furious but calmed myself and didntRespond anything, fearing it was going to become a full blown fight. I will never come back here and i advise you wouldnt stay here either.

I cannot stress enough the level of satisfaction I feel about my stay at the Spark in Rahway. The establishment was clean, safe, accommodating, and above all, the staff were available and so super friendly. I was brought to the area unexpectedly and under tremendous stress and each and every staff member I encountered treated me with grace and integrity, even when I may have been slightly difficult. My stay at the Spark has made my time here in New Jersey tolerable. I am grateful for my experience and my choice for having stayed at this establishment. Shout out specifically to Loveleen and Yogi!!
