Stella in Valet is a Rock Star

    rating06 Jun 2026

Beautiful hotel. Great room service food from Mother’s. Stella from Valet Services went above and beyond for our family. I went up with my daughter I law and two granddaughters (4 yrs old and 7 months) to meet while he was doing an event at the Portland Zoo. She offered to help get all our luggage and various kid stuff to the room after a trying 3 hour drive up the Coast. Next, with a screaming baby in our car after the Zoo, she was able to help us get the car in Valet with no problem. And check out was made easier knowing she was there Sunday to get our car. And thank you Steven for the balloon dog for our Aurora as we got the car packed.

I hope Steven at the front of the building gets an insane raise soon. We learned so much about the hotel and the area from him in less than 5 minutes. The valet boys here are also amazing 10/10 will be staying here again.
